Age restrictions for safe jewellery designer site !!!

Recently first time I bought android (Moto G) through them for 2 year contract. First it works well because I am mostly working at home on wifi signal. When I am out on their signal, I wanted to show my own jewellery site (I am a jewellery designer) to my potential client. Then "this is 18+ site and confirm your age with the process blar,blar..blar..." page came out. (By the way, my site is not containing ANYTHING adult-ish things!!) Enough embarrassing.
Anyway I followed their instructions with my credit card at home (I am not brave enough to put anything credit card related things in public), they took £1 for confirmation (although it will be refunded) , then "We can not complete your request try again later".
I tried several times and I can see each time they took £1, still I can not see/show my site without wifi.
I tried customer care chats, calls, even visited Tesco-mob shop phisically with 45min travel, still no one can solve the problem.
Each time they promised it will be fine now and asked to wait 24 hours, after that sill I can't see my site without wifi.
Last time I contacted them, one customer-care-girl was very sympathetic and said several staff have been mucking around my account and even setting pins are unclear, so she promised senior members will look into and call back me next day...as you know, No CALL.
I emailed now, and thinking about sending a dead lock letter to them to go to OFCOM eventually.
No go with them unless you are good at smart-phone.. definitely not for the first-timers!!
