In terms of service, tesco mobile has been excellent, probably because I have not been to an area where they have poor service. However, they do not offer perks to existing customers. You have to notify them that you want to upgrade after your contract expires or they will continue to take your money on an old phone. They will not even inform you that you are due for an upgrade. Their upgrades are no better than new contract for new customers.
