They decided to suspend my pay monthly service because of security problems. I moved and consequently changed my home address with my bank. They didn't contact me. They instead waited for me to ask them why my phone service stopped working. Apparently, in their words, "it's your responsibility to phone us". So after I called, they couldn't even sort it out. After months of emails and threats of legal action, it was eventually sorted. The service is good when it works. But when it doesn't... don't count on the idiots at customer care! They are useless!
