i initially filled in my details to get bt mobile, after 8 days i changed my mind, the sim pack arrived during this time, i never opened it or even looked at, i contacted them and said i wish to cancel. they charged me for the month, when i queried this, they said they would issue a refund. BUYER BEWARE we are at 15 days they issued a PARTIAL REFUND..how many people have they done this to..very sneaky..
