I purchased two add'l sims on the promise of being able to transfer my (pay-as-you-go) EE number there. First it refused to accept my email for the transfer, then, when I tried to sign up for my3, it rejected my password even after a reset. (Clearly my email was fine, it had successfully emailed me twice.) Customers service not working at this time.
I may be within my two weeks buyers remorse period, I'm definitely hoping. This company is a disaster.
