Oh my god what a terrible insurance company. Excess for a samsung galaxy s4 mini was told £140 twice then today told £150!! Plus they want my old phone to repair and sell on.
Anyway have decided to esculate this further as phone calls are recorded and my contract doesn't say anything about sending old phone back!!!
You should be ashamed Mr Branson!!!!
