2 months after losing my phone and having provided all the proof possible.... still no phone. I am now being given the run around again. So far, half a dozen emails and hours on the phone and still no replacement phone. I have now had to buy a new handset as the saga continues.
Insure with this company at your Peril! Most of the good reviews are from people who have not had to suffer their claims process!
