After an accident with my handset, the screen cracked and I called O2 Insurance who advised me to send the phone back which I did. It was done by courier and received by them which they confirmed by text. Since then, I have had to call to ask them for updates due to no communication from them and now I am being told it's a 7 working day turnaround when they received my phone after 1 working day? This is what I pay £8 a month for? Also, I am having to pay excess just to make the claim. It's robbery and the people on the phone at O2 Insurance are some of the least helpful I have ever dealt with. Absolutely shocking service and I am switching to another network asap because I spend a lot of money monthly with O2 and I am not being treated well at all considering how much money they make from me.
