Disgraceful customer service
Took this policy out around 10th Dec roughly 3 weeks later I was carrying my 2 year old daughter up my stairs I went to get my keys and my phone fell out hitting the ground and falling down a couple steps
Contacted the insurance the next day and gave them everything they ask for data usage proof.of purchase ect only to be handed over to a 3rd party BECAUSE it happened 3 weeks still on going I'm a hard working family man and the service is shocking.now 22nd Jan 2019 ref TCS/202247
