Avoid. Paid 50 pounds to send off to be repaired. Was told (eventually) phone couldn't be repaired so would be sent a replacement device for an additional 49 pounds. New phone arrived 2 days later (despite saying next day delivery and didn't receive a confirmation email from company until I called.
Phone arrived great condition but the maximum battery capacity was 89%. Not good enough considering the device I sent off had 100% capacity.
Called up to complain and woman on the phone was not very helpful, arranged a call back in 1 working day but no time slot given so not very helpful as working from 3pm.
Could be great but sadly let down.
Avoid.
