Never got the case. Never got an answer for any of my attempts. 

I have purchased two phone cases nearly 5 month ago and I have never received them. I obviously tried to contact them several times and they never once replied to me. At this point I do not expect to receive my cases anymore, which makes me think that they are extremely bad at delivery and costumer services. Awful experience!

I ordered a phone case and it was never sent. I reached out after a month of waiting to see what the sea was- no response. Continued reaching our for multiple weeks and they never replied. Called them and they didn’t pick up. In fact, comments were deleted from Instagram and I was blocked. They are not a good company-do not support

If I could give a 0 I would. Paid for a phone case that I thought would be worth the money I spent. Never received my order (it’s been 3 months) and MULTIPLE attempts to contact them have gone unanswered. I’ve tried their email, instagram and Facebook. No response! Basically just transferred them my money for no reason! Do not waste your time or money on this phony company. 

Like many other people, I ordered an iPhone case and am still waiting two months later. Attempts to contact them have been completely futile. Their Etsy and twitter are closed. I am unable to send Facebook messages. I have tried calling but their phone line appears to be disconnected. I have emailed countless times and have yet to receive a single response. Furthermore, I have resorted to leaving comments on their Instagram and sending them messages which they have obviously not replied to, but they have seen my Instagram comments as they have deleted all of them. I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company before. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. It is horrible customer service.

I ordered a phone case nearly 2 months ago and it has still not arrived. The email states you can track the order, however when you click on the link there is zero tracking. I have contacted them a few times with one response that says your is on the way and provided a link to 'track my shipment' which led to nothing. That was 4 weeks ago and I am still waiting for it. I definitely do not recommend this company to buy a phone from, if you want to purchase one that is made ethically and good for the environment, choose another company.

This site deserves literally NO STARS I placed an order for 2 iPhone cases on their website waited the 2 weeks to find nothing in my mailbox, after back and forth arguing with this company's costumer service who is hard to get a hold of and talk to they sent me "re placement " cases which made me question if they ever sent my order to begin with, after blaming that where I live in Canada had a postal strike which never happend my phone cases arrived may I add 2 months + after my original order was placed. The graphics on the case are decent and overall I'm happy with them. I will not be ordering another case from this company due to its lack of customer care and general lack of care at all for how you as the customer feel. Watch out for this company . Lastlyif you feel like waiting forever for $50+ order to never arrive or arrive months later then consider this company

I have never written a review before, but felt compelled to in this instance. I came across the website and saw that they had some great phone case designs and ordered one on 2nd May. It is now the 15th July and I still have no iphone case. Every time I have had to chase them to find out the status. I was initially told it could take up to 5 weeks. So I waited, still nothing. I chased again after the 5 weeks and was then told it could take up to 2 months and that they had no way of tracking the order. I contacted them again asking for a refund, only to then be given a Royal Mail code to find out where it was. Why this was not communicated to me before I don't know. I was then sent another message which told me that if I did not go and collect my order in a 'timely manner' it would be shipped back to Istanbul! Not only do they offer terrible customer service, they are rude and make no effort in taking the initiative to keep customers informed. I have had to chase them every step of the way to find out where my order is and now have to contact a local post office to find out where on earth it is. Do not order from here, awful customer service and ridiculous delivery waiting times. There are plenty of other websites which sell things that are much nicer and I am sure offer much better customer service.
