The product works fine for seeing texts but unless you know beforehand that the device needs to be rooted you won't be able to monitor emails or surroundings. Also you can only hear one side of recorded calls unless you download a special program to your pic and listen on your pic not your phone.

Hi Guys, Was wanting to purchase this app but not sure if it works on Iphone 5S? If so am I able to read the other phone lines text messages that are being sent and received? Also can I read past messages or just ones that are being sent at the time of purchase? Thank You for any response.

The only feature fully reliable is the sms and surrounding recording. The call recording feature in my case with samsung s3 does not work. GPS tracking misses a lot of info. All the other Viber, Facebook, skype, etc. Dont work unless the phone is rooted. Customer service is not live and they copy and paste the same answer, no real resolution and have to wait 24hrs or less for an answer.So for the price as it is advertised, they deliver about 30% which is two stars. I think there are better options out there. Specially a keylogger will improve not having access to other social aps.

I have had nothing but problems with S.G. since I bought it. I bought a Basic Package, then upgraded to the Platinum Package. It took them almost 2 weeks to active the upgrade after I paid for it. The biggest thing S.G. DOESN'T do is send text message alerts for Trigger Contacts and Trigger Words. They advertise that they send text message alerts - but this feature IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE with S.G. Email alerts only - which means if I'm not logged into my email - I miss the alert. Also, it failed to record 2 calls from Trigger Contacts that were crucial. Also, there is a glitch in the GPS Tracking. It arbitrarily shows the target phone at one place, then 2 minutes later it's 40 miles away, then 2 minutes after that - it's back at the first place. This has happened many times. Also, it shows when the target enters a Red Zone, but NEVER shows when it leaves, even though it is set to do this. Also, I DO NOT receive email alerts for Trigger Contacts and Trigger Words. I only get email alerts when the target enters a Red Zone - that's it. Also, I sent 2 remote commands to record surroundings - when the dot was green, indicating the target device was online - and BOTH times the text was seen by the target phone's user!! The biggest problem is that S.G. HAS NO LIVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT!! All my problems had to be submitted by email ticket and then it took 1 to 3 days for someone to email me back. None of my problems have been resolved by S.G. and I don't recommend this product. Go with a company that has live customer support and reliable software.

I had the opportunity to contact technical support on a sunday afternoon to question why a couple of features were not working on my program. They did an outstanding job of fixing my problem and did it very quickly. I am very pleased with the program and service I have received.

I’m using this app from last two year for keeping a check on my daughter and I’ll say that it works fine except the GPS location updation is sometimes slow. When you are really worried the thing you need the most is frequent location updation like every five minute update.

I purchased the Stealthgenie Platinum package rather than a different logger so that I could hear phone calls, record surroundings, and see texts and websites visited. The package cost me over $250 in comparison to other loggers, such as Eblaster, who charge around $70 . I fell for the promises on the website, of which most are lies. Things I am unable to do that are promised on the website: -Can't view emails (stealthgenie said this function is not yet available but they are working on it) -Can't view websites visited (same excuse as above) -Can't hear phone calls except occasionally I can hear one sided conversations of the owner of the target phone, but not the person they are talking to (stealthgenie said they are working on this) -About 50% of the time, I cannot record surroundings -Many texts show up as drafts and are unreadable -Time delay can be up to 5 days before phone conversations/surroundings are available to hear. (stealthgenie said this is due to the file size) -Unable to delete contacts etc from target phone remotely -24/7 online support is completely unavailable. There is no phone number, and the online live chat has only worked once for me, and seems to be an automated response. The rest of the time I have to email a question and wait up to 2 days for a response, which is usually vague and unhelpful, and full of excuses. I was finally offered a 20% extension of my contract if I would accept that the software just didn't work as advertised. Save your money and go with a more affordable logger that actually does what it advertises

Listening to phone surrounding remotely is thing that I like about stealthgenie. I have a 14-year-old kid and because of my busy routine I can hardly keep a check on me but with stealthgenie I can remotely listen to his surroundings and can judge what he is up to. Sometimes the voice isn’t clear enough.

I happen to be one of the most oldest StealthGenie users and I have seen StealthGenie evolve as a leading smartphone monitoring app. Initially, there had been a few glitches and little support with the smartphones but now I’m amazed that StealthGenie has come a long way. Really happy with the latest addition to the features especially WhatsApp and iMessage chat tracking. I have no intention to switch monitoring apps at all!

I bought the plainum service, and really did not even receive basic. Took about 15 hours before avaliable to monitor after installed. I can use the gps, see call contact name and time, and can see text message. I can also use the listen to surroundings only at times. Live surroundings , you can choose 1 - 10 minutes. Many times this service is not avaliable. Sometimes it does show target received command but does not record. It shows no photos on the phone,I know they are there. It DOES NOT RECORD CALLS. It only has online support. Half the time they will not respond, but you get e.mail saying thanks for the contact. When You do get a live chat, they do not appear to have any knowledge, just say's all is good. And if you ask a second question to them, they just do not respond at all. I do not know if the chat is timed, or they are told to just take one question. I am about ready to TRY and get a refund and go with something else. Do not let that great website fool you,. Most of the expert reviews are paid to review the leading products. If you must try this junk get the basic. You would think they could fix my issue remotley, but aparently not.

The reason my Husband and I continue to use Stealth Genie is because it has never troubled us at all. It has been a year since we have been using it to monitor our 13 year old son and 16 year old daughter and it has really helped us a lot.

This is my solemn prediction that StealthGenie will very soon be ranked as the top spot cell phone monitoring app! It has the right attitude and innovative ideas that matter! I have been using it since two years and it has my best wishes.

Initially I thought that this recording phone surroundings fetaure won’t be that good an idea but honestly, I find myself using this feature more often than others. Some of my colleagues complaint of a slight delay sometimes but so far I don’t have an issue with StealthGenie in this regard. This feature lets you know so much about your kids, you get surprised!

Do not install this app under any circmstances. I had it on my 10 yr olds phone, after having some other monitoring apps on it, just to try it out. It worked ok for a few days then in last 5 days it used 15GIG of data at a cost of around $1000 in data charges. Spent two hours with some useless service guy who spent the whole time telling me it was "GPS" data, which he said updates every 15 minutes, while the app was transfering 95M of data every 15 to 20 minutes. Oh, and every time I asked to speak to a supervisor he was "out and not available". STAY AWAY FROM THIS USELESS EXPENSIVE APP FOR ANDOID

Excellent App, will do all what you need. Cant compare it with others. what is missing is: 1) Tango 2) whatsapp finishing only.

They say that SAMSUNG GALAXY is supported, but actually the PLATINUM PACKAGE. With the CALL RECORDING AND SURROUND RECORDING IS NOT SUPPORTED!! AND THEY DON'T REFUND BECAUSE THE LOGS DO WORK. BUT FOR THE STANDARD PACKAGE YOU COULD PAY ONLY US$ 49 DOLLARS. THIS MENS THEY STOLE FROM ME US$ 60 DOLLARS.... SINCE PLATINUM SUBSCRIPTION COSTS US$ 110

This CSR was efficient and polite and got the job done and solved the problem as I described. His attitude of making me feel special and wanted resolution the problem. I felt validated and valued as a customer. Thanks, Stealthgenie. What i liked was the sincerity of the CSR.
