Fake Refund Policies And Worst Customer Service
I purchased mspy premium last week. I wanted to purchase basic version but I was tempted to buy premium version as the mspy ad showed we would get call recording in premium. After installation I didn't find call recording and upon enquiry I just got a reply saying that feature is no longer available. Since it was a false claim in the website I asked for a refund. I still have the screen shot showing call recording capabilities and the same has been forwarded to mspy team several times.Now neither the support team nor the refund team is replying. Also the customer care number doesn't exist. Pls dont purchase mspy and waste your money. They are fake. They respond to us only till they get money.

With all the different and wonderful tracking features on mSpy, I don’t need to worry about losing important information from employee phones. I have employees who are constantly deleting out emails in order to maintain an orderly phone. mSpy lets me make sure nothing of dire consequence goes missing!

Very Disappointed
I have tried the app and I’m a bit disappointed. The updates for one take ages to come through if they do at all. I sent test messages on Whatsapp to the target phone and this didn’t show up for hours. When I contacted their customer support they gave me instructions with a “secret” text message to refresh the app on the phone. This “secret ” message is not supposed to be visible on the target phone. Mine were all visible…more than 8 messages with the code. After a while-8 hours the messages just disappeared from the target phone(away goes the stealth). They say that the phone has to be connected to WiFi…I am sure that the target phone is connected to WiFi. I think it’s a rip off
Hi,
Our application transmits data only when there is an active Internet connection on the target phone. If the Internet is not active mSpy still records data but will transfer it to your account only after the phone goes online again. That means you are not losing information even if the connection is OFF. It uses any type of connection including 3g, 4g, Wi-fi. By default application sends data every 20 minutes however you can change this value in settings. In case you need to get information immediately there is a secret command that will activate synchronization right away.

My teens are always on their smart phones. I worry about what they are accessing. As a parent, I can monitor what videos and photos they look at. I can even block them from using certain apps. The GPS tracker allows me to know where they are and if they are skipping classes. I have piece of mind knowing I can monitor their smart phone usage on a regular basis.

Great Tool For Running A Business In The 21st Century
I installed mSpy in all our delivery drivers' iPhones. Now I can monitor exactly where they are and even listen in to their interactions with customers. If there is ever a dispute where a customer claims one thing and my driver says another, I can listen to their conversation and resolve the conflict with confidence. The software automatically puts together a report of the information I need. Now I can monitor many phones at once and only spend my time going through pertinent information as necessary.

I read different product reviews before I bought the software. I even read negative ones but that doesn’t stop me from buying it for I was stimulated for its different features like GPS and sms tracking, view photos and videos, even viewing all phone information and a lot more. Then, I finally able to use it for myself and blah! for the pessimist this app truly amazing!

i have had mspy for 4 days now, only few features work none of the premium features i paid for work except call recording which is tempremental, it doesnt update regulary and can take 24hrs to upload the information, they are trying to help fix issues and so far have been prompt in getting back to me within 24hours, i will keep yous posted, it seems this software works better on some phones/operating systems than others. so far very dissapointed but hoping they can fix it, the interface/dashboard you use is fine but just lack of and delayed info, cant acess all features,

Our software works best on Android phones and IPhones. Call recoding feature is supported by Android phones only at the moment. Normally recordings should take not more than 30 minutes to become available, however it depends much on the speed of internet connection on the target phone. When the phone is on Wi-Fi it will not take long. Also media files have different size depending on the duration of the phone conversation which also can impact the transition speed. In case you have a delay or a problem with features you can call our Customer Support 24/7 and get all necessary assistance.
