We bought a social application of this company and we are getting very frustrated after a while. First, the App was obviously not finished developed, but was selling to us, without mention that. The application was full of bugs! One of them was that our customer could not register respectively login with social accounts. After we mention that to the service team, a few days later it was fixed, BUT other login methods didn't work and after a few days the social login was broken again. All the time, bugs like this occurred, fixed after a while and some of them occurred over and over again. We sold an expensive price for the application, but it feel like they used us as tester. Also the usability of the application was quite bad, the navigation and the utilize of action buttons was often not clear. Furthermore they have been renamed from time to time and appears in different places. That was very confusing, for us and also our customers! Once our whole application content was in another language, and because of weekend and feast days it needed almost a week until they fixed that. Most terrifying was that we download a list of our customers but the list belongs to another instance/customer. Not able to imagine that other companies can see confidential user data from our customers!! All in one, it was an disappointing, frustrating and annoying experience.
