Shocking Service And Do Not Accept Returns
Bought a repeater for our office. Spoke to the sales dept who assured me the kit was UK made and supplied. Also checked with them that the unit could be returned if failed to work, which they confirmed and accepted.
So, roll on weeks and weeks after trying to get the part refunded and still no replies. Same old 'i will chase returns dept and come back to you'.
Parts are american and imported.
Used the vodafone suresignal in the end.
Exactly the same happened to me - I have been waiting 2 months for a refund !!
Do not buy from this company - their claim of a money back guarantee is simply not true. The appliance itself failed to work, and the customer service is appalling
