dangerous accessory

bought one as a package from JML

the skewers sent with it were of extremely poor quality posing a serious contamination risk both by cuttting hand and risk of steel shards being left in food.

JML have been slow to respond to my concerns, and have just sent another set without commenting on the hazards posed by such a serious defect.

Their customer care is generic it would appear. The young girl I spoke to on the phone was talking to me as if I was a 4 year old, and could not understand that a, I had been injured by a faulty item and b, it was dangerous to sell these items as they may contaminate the food. My big concern is that it is obvious no detailed checks are made to their products from the far east, its off the container and off to the buyer without much quality control.

So beware!!!
