When parking in hull ferry port do you have to pay to park in advance or when you exit the car park?

?lease can you tell me i have just been on a mini cruise to Amsterdam with po.bought some goods from duty free .please can you tell me why when paying in euros i was charged in buy back rate for my goods rather than normal rate surely it should the same as paying in GBP.cash.if not why are you not advised of this?
