lucky escape more like

I was travelling with 3 other people, from Palma on the 21st May for a week.
started off bad and didn't get any better. There is many negative things I can/could say about the boat but that was all over shadowed with the boat listing to a frightening degree on the Friday 24th.
I was in the bounty lounge on my own when this happened, and my husband was in his cabin sleeping. I can honestly say I didn't think I was going to see him again.
I was also travelling with my mother and mother in-law who are both smokers and spent the majority of the time outside. How they wernt there when this happened I will just need to thank my lucky stars for.
Iam not only upset by what happened but also by the standard of care that was NOT given afterwords. This is either because the crew themselves, who where saying they had never experienced anything like that after many years aboard, where to shook up or because they where told not to say anything and play it down.
We where so scared and untrusting that we decided to leave the ship the following day.
I have since contacted Thomson who also haven't applied much in the was of empathy of aftercare. They haven't even asked us what happened, how we where or how we now are. This I suppose would be kind of an admittance of blame if they where to.
they have however offered "compensation" the remainder of our holiday, pro rota, back, oh and a voucher..... for thomsons. they have said that this will be offered to all passenger's who choose to leave. well I didn't chose to leave I was frightened for my life and now had no faith in the captain or staff so felt I had no option other than to leave.
I would be interested to hear what other people experience has been with the company and their aftercare.
