I have been using first luggage for several years but customer service has now reached an all time low.it is Saturday afternoon and i have a pick up from the States monday but no documents and no phone call from them.
Very unsure what to do as leaving for vancouver 8am monday from hotel.
The sales service is efficient with confirmation handled well but it is the customer service that is dire. It is unacceptable to leave a customer worrying whether the documents will arrive or not.
First luggage has just lost a loyal customer
Do not use.
