Tesco's recently introduced changes to its Clubcard are tantamount to another disingenuous and back stabbing blow to Customer Loyalty.
This global retailer's multi pronged approach to initially launching Dickensian assaults upon its Managers and staff now seems to be equally hell-bent on turning its callous sights upon customer loyalty by drastically reducing points awarded to cardholders, via purchases made within the loyalty scheme.
Tesco's Brand name now risks further reputational damage to its business and customers are advised to adopt the maxim "Caveat Emptor" when considering initiating "Clubcard" transactions with this challenging and oppressive Retailer.
Come on Tesco...you are capable of better than this!!
