I got back from holiday to find Nectar is asking for my card number and password to Login ? I had no idea of my password so asked for a reset ? After 3 attempts my account was put on stop. I phoned the call centre who were very sorry, took my account off stop sent me an e-mail to reset my password, but i had to wait a day because they had problems. Have tried again today, still the same, gives me a 6 didgit security number to reset my password, which, YES, it does not recognise ?
What the hell is going on with Nectar ?
