I know that this applied to only a 'chosen few' but I seemed to be one of those - I got emails telling me to spend my points before the offer ended. BUT, there was no Double Up - so I spent hours - literally - on the Chat line trying to sort it out,
from Saturday to Wednesday. I did start at the Sainsbury's shop nut they didn't want to know.
The operators were very polite and very patient but nothing happened, despite various promises - nothing happened.
So - the emails came from Sainsburys - I'm off to Sainsburys again to see if they will sort it.
