They raised there prices a large amount in one year and with out authorization took a huge payment out of my account! Horrible customer service, won’t get back to, and or takes forever! i would never recommend this company to friend or to family.

So far lovin' it! You have to "work it". You just can't put up a sign "join our club". Make the employees have clients download in front of them. Teach clients how to enjoy the app.

Loyalblocks has the worst customer service of anyone on the planet. Their initial 7-day trial isn’t nearly enough time to even begin to get an idea of if the program works – it’s basically just a way to get your credit card number so they can start charging it. (Which they will NEVER return - regardless of whether there's been any activity in the account at all.) They send you a ‘welcome kit’ that doesn’t even show up until after the 7 days are over. I’m glad I ran across the review above, otherwise I’d have no idea that the box needed to be returned. Do NOT sign up with this company.

They add members to charge you more. There's no way to cancel your membership. According to them, this is a self-managed app. You do all the work, they just collect the money even if you don't use it. STAY AWAY FROM TJUS COMPANY!

Don't waste your time or money on this service. They are not to be trusted. When I realized it was a total waste and canceled my service they charged me $100 for equipment that they never told me to return. Called and they acted as if I was supposed to know to return it. These people stink...I would say suck if I was a bit younger!

Loyal Blocks is the worst, Business Owners Beware of shady sales, billing and cancellations practices and non existing contracts they try to uphold. I cancelled my service a day after they billed me $50 and they wouldn't prorate my refund the rest of the month. And they told me because I will still have full functionality and access until the end of the month. That wasn't so. The rep even emails me that he has disabled my account! On top of that I get a $425 charge for not returning the little box they sent me, that is not worth $425! They should change their name to Traitor Blocks because they treat you like an enemy after you sign up with them. Not good business practices at all. Stay away from them like Ebola.

Nobody has this app because it freezes and goes really slow!! They charged me and wouldn't refund me in the 10day period!!!

We started using this app at our bar a few weeks ago and the traction is amazing. It was adopted by our regular customers very quickly and we have already seen improvement in the "off peak" hours, after creating a "digital happy hour". We are very pleased with the results.

i would never recommend this company they totally lied to me I pay almost $300 for a whole year but the sales person told me that I could totally cancel everything within 90 days and I would get my money back after 10 days I called and cancel because my clients were getting frustrated and the application was to slow, they told me they will not give me my money back I was really angry and never thought they will do this to me they are just people that want to get money somehow lying to people please do not believe in them plus the application sucks!!!!! I try talking to this guy and all he said was that there was nothing to do because the sales person explain me everything and I agree but what they don't understand is that their sales persons are lying to us!!! don't fall for their lies!

I used this loyalty card program at my shop over the last 6 months. I am not at all satisfied with it. They allow any person to join your club, even if they aren't actually someone who will ever actually use your services and then charges you for it. We should be able to have final approval of members. I will not use this service in the future.

The fees they charge increase according to the number of members you have signed up. They add on their own members to increase your fees.

Please don't trust this company when, because everyone I have encountered in this company gives you the run-around and when you want to cancel service, they will not answer your calls or follow through. Would not recommend to anyone.

I found loyalblocks to be a fantastic solution for rewarding my cafe's customer for their repeat visits. it works on smart phones, so customers need to have one to participate. i used to have paper punch cards, then i moved to plastic ones, now i have the mobile punch cards. customers seem to really like them so far. you also have multiple ways to reward customers for all sorts of occurrences. it's nice, it's cheap. the only possible downside is that not everyone has an iphone or android, however most do, so not a big issue and the price makes it so that it really doesnt matter at all.
