It has been my first experience in buying myself a bra using an unfamiliar size system.
I went for an appointment to a M&S in Birmingham, and got great attention and help. She offered me enough options and actively listened to what I had to say about habits and preferences.
Not surprised that this service is usually fully booked, and it worked wonders for me too. Today I am a happy customer that will come for more.
