I ordered the Alice in wonderland costume for my 18th birthday party and had to save up. No sympathy and no response.

Ordered a corset and received the next day, absolutely gorgeous and surprised to find it's steel boned even though it was mentioned. A steal at 20 quid if you ask me.

I have had the same experience as a lot of the reviewers. No product/no response to emails/no valid phone number - but my money has been taken.

I actually did Google this company before I ordered to check on reviews and didn't find this before - I'm really angry about this. The Watchdog idea isn't too bad actually just to get them stopped - I know we wont see out money again but they are scumbags who need to be stopped. In fact if anyone lives near by them perhaps pay them a visit LOL

I placed an order for a corset nd received in 48 hours later, maybe I'm just lucky.

No goods arrived, no email reply when I complained, money taken by Nochex and not sure if I can get it back. Ordered 15/7/13, emailed querying arrival on 26/7, no reply by 28/8. Called their office number 28/8 and temporarily unavailable...why oh why did I not Google them first!! Wish I'd read these reviews first.

28/8 I've just contacted Citizens Advice to find out if this can be referred to Trading Standards (their new policy, means you can't contact Trading Standards directly first). I'm very surprised anyone is saying they received any goods!

Shame I have to put 1 star and rate them terrible, would be better if I could give them a lower and worse rating!!

Okay, so i ordered some items from here on the 29th July, we're now on 16th august... I ring 'phone number temporarily unavailable' and just an automated response from my many emails... So gutted as it was near on £50 spent, i look online and it says the order is completed.. What do i do??? So angry
