I was so impressed by customer services for Nespresso I felt it deserved comment. Having a fault on our machine, which I hasten to add we love and use daily, I contacted customer service. Over the phone I had to carry out a few simple tests with her and she felt the fault was with the milk despenser. She offered to send out a new one, plus a de-scaling kit and if this did not sort it out I was asked to call straight back so they could re-evaluate. I got the new part the next day along with de scaling kit and it has indeed solved the problem. She was very helpful and speed of replacement was faultless.
