Coffee and machines are fine but.... they make you jump through loads of hoops to claim your £75 gift (3 x £25 off your first orders). I did persevere and was rewarded with an email to say my account had been credited with the first £25... only my account was not credited. I phoned and they apologised and said a bunch of emails had gone out before the credits had been applied. When asked when I was likely to get the credit I was told within 28 days. Just been to Waitrose where they sell an excellent selection of Nespresso compatible pods.

Not what I would call a quality company
