Ilkb, Kenosha,Wi is the place where my body reboot is taking place. All of the KI(kick instructors), know you by name. They are friendly, and welcoming. The workouts are fun and challenging,and yet never the same. I can say I can say that i do feel the fat going away, and clothes are getting bigger. I have more energy, not so drained after a day of work. Now my best part of the day is looking forward to working out. There is an action figure here in the making, just time and dedication is and my willingness to push past my limits. All it takes is an hour a day.

I would recommend ILoveKickboxing to everyone! The people are amazing and so motivating and always have a smile on their face. You make so many friends! They make the workout fun and you WANT to keep coming back. I officially replaced my boring gym membership with an ILKB membership! I get so much more, mentally and physically, from my ILKB Louisville FitFam!

1st Week Completed!! I cannot express enough on how much I am satisfied with my decision to join this facility! The entire staff are awesome! From the first phone call they made me feel like family. I love the energy, motivation and the concern the entire staff shows. They are so inviting and warm they make you look forward to going to work out. Not only does the workout give you stress relief the staff does also. Don't let money make your health decision. Lets talk about cleanliness! From the time you walk in the door you would not know you were in a gym!! It is always fresh and clean smelling. I cannot say enough about this gym You gotta see to believe!! Ilovekickboxing workouts are truly incredible! The coaches are extremely knowledgeable, helping to maintain a positive family atmosphere, as well as assisting each individual. I look forward to working out here and can hardly ever get in quite as good of a work out on my own. Each kickboxing workout pushes me to be a stronger more skilled athlete and I’m left with more energy and enthusiasm throughout the day. Would recommend to anyone looking to improve their wellbeing and quality of life!

Working out in a standard gym has never been my cup of tea, but when I discovered ILKB it became addicting just after a few sessions! The instructors are so motivating making it pleasurable knowing you will make it through the entire workout—-and not to mention, feel like a beast afterwards!!! Not only is ILKB my workout of choice, it is certainly becoming a hobby! Best investment I’ve made in a while!

I came across ILoveKickboxing on Facebook and thought I’d give it a shot. I was looking for a place to blow off steam become fit. I never thought I’d come into such a great community! This location, at Kendall, is like being part of an extended family that truly cares for you as an individual not just out for your money. I have been with them for only a short time but am anxious to go to class everyday! Recommend it 100% and its soooooo much fun! All instructors have been awesome so far, shout out to the person I dealt with!

Before starting kickboxing at ILKB Louisville KY location, I had barely any muscle definition, couldn’t got down for a push-up on my knees, couldn’t run for very long. I was almost completely out of shape, I now can do a full push-up on my knees and can pulse it out in a high plank, my arms are starting to tone, and I can run for a good amount of time, I love it so much. ILoveKickboxing is so amazing! The instructors at the King of Prussia location are there to help, every step of the way. Between motivation, inspiration and fit tips, they know just when to push you and are always walking around helping us improve our form. And laughs. Definitely cannot forget the laughs! I signed up expecting an amazing workout, but I’ve also gotten a whole new fit fam out of it and I love every minute of it!

Such a great workout! The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. They make sure you are doing the moves correctly to maximize your workout. Every month they run a charity campaign to give back. There is a real sense of community among the patrons which makes the experience all the more enjoyable. This has been better than any other workout class I have participated in and I have seen quicker results going three days a week than I did going to the gym 6 days week.

The Staff has been wonderful in keeping you motivated to make it threw the class. Its like having a party with family everyday. That extra push to get you to that goal. That accountability when you haven't been in the studio. Different people from different stages of their fitness journey and all ages just trying to #GETFITSTAYFITBOOM

I attend the Mansfield, TX location. Love this place! The second I walked in I was welcomed and made to feel I belonged here. The studio is small, but serves its purpose well. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. They genuinely care about helping you reach your goals. The Facebook group is inviting and active and provides a good dose of accountability for those of us (me especially) who need someone to keep them on track. Class times are a bit restricted at present, but they are adding new times frequently, so you can find a class that fits your schedule.

Ilovekickboxing is amazing! I bought the 3 class special and signed up for a membership after the first class! It is totally worth it and it makes me feel great!

I never knew that working out could be so much fun!!! ILKB in Randolph is amazing and so are the instructors. Everyone there makes you feel so welcomed and are willing to help you every step of the way. They are very motivational and I thank them for helping me make life changing decision in bettering my health and improving my stress levels. Whenever you feel like giving up, the instructors are right there helping you get through that fog. Even if that means having them jump in and doing the exercises with you. Their awesome!!!
