One Stop Wedding Bliss, Sandbach, Cheshire

Absolutly appauled with the service i got, making my experiance of getting married a nightmare. I was asked to pay for the dresses months and months before they came. Not once was i updated i was chasing these daily to be fobbed off with i cant answer the phone what!!! How do you run a buisness without a phone seriously! They kept saying oh it will be here feb now march now may... come on this is suppose to be an exciting time for me not a guessing game on when they will arrove. Then when my dress arrived wrong it took three weeks for the correct one to come so hello why did i wait so long in the first place took a year for my dresses to come after i had ordered them so let me guess they didnt order them yet got me to pay? Its the only conclusion i have as they cant be bothered to tell me why?? Not once did i get a sorry or even an incline that they even cared i spent a lot of money with this shop to be messed aroubd and be made feel like i was in the wrong i now have no wedding car as wouldnt trust them to even turn up on the correct day! I would never ever advise anyone goes here they have ruined my whole experiance and made me think twice about my dress now!

Loved my dress but had problems on the day with the button than was sewn on by the shop, came off within an hour of the train been put up so had to carry my dress round all night. The panel of the dress came undone which wasn't sewn up level in the first place my friend had trouble fastening it up. Another problem I had was my granddaughter's dress which I paid £95 for a two year old, the buttons on the back of the dress started coming off an hour after wearing it & by the end of the night there was only two buttons left therefore not been able to take photos of the back of the dress. I am disappointed at the response I got from the shop owner who made the braidesmaid dress saying that she could only offer a repair which is too late when this dress will only be worn once for our occasion. This shop also over charges for alterations, charged me £95 which was never mentioned before the alterations were done. I would not recommend anyone to buying anything from this shop & the shop owner & her daughter were the most miserable people i ever wish to meet the only time they smiled is when i paid them in full.

I purchased my dress for my wedding. The dress was £450 (was £884 but was in a sale). I was delighted with the dress.

I then was charged a fortune for alterations. I wish I had purchased the dress and paid elsewhere to have it altered. I only subsequently found out I was ripped off when I told people how much I had paid.

They insisted on cash for alterations. They wouldn't take card. I guess I was a bit naïve.

I highly recommend this one stop lovely wedding shop! I was let down by a seamstress who nearly ruined my wedding dress but wedding bliss saved the day at very short notice! They were lovely, helpful and very sympathetic unlike the other appalling business...

My nan recently purchased her wedding dress and 4 bridesmaids dresses from here she spent in excess of £1000. The dresses were supposed to arrive in may now 2 weeks before the wedding they are no where to be seen. My nans dress arrived a few weeks ago they ordered her 3 sizes bigger than her usual dress size and when its arrived ot was too small. Might i add here that my nan has incurable cancer and has lost over 2 stone since they ordered the dress. My nan then had to pay for extra material to be added and the shop assistants told her she must of put on weight!! The bridesmaids dresses still haven't arrived and in not very hopeful that they will at first they told my nan it was taking so long as they had to be shipped from America. Now they are saying china. They cant even get the story straight. Theyve have also said all alterations can only be payed in cash, not sure the taxman would be so happy!! If the dresses don't arrive in time she is still liable to pay over £700 for them. The worst part is that they are fully aware of my nans situation and that she is very keen to marry before she dies as she doesn't have too long. The way staff treat customers is disgusting. This place needs to be shut down before it takes advantage of others!!!

I just wanted to say thank you so much for helping me to choose my wedding dress. I had my wonderful wedding in Mexico City and the dress was amazing to everyone. The young girls were admiring me and children were playing around me and touching and feeling my dress all the time.

I had seen the sign on the main road for Wedding Bliss and as my wedding was planned for 2013 I decided to have a look for a dress. Although its my second time getting wed I still wanted to feel special. I tried a dress on which was what I thought I wanted at the time. I paid a deposit but then a few months later I changed my mind. This was for several reasons but the main one being that I had seen another dress in a very nice newly opened shop in Nantwich. The service at this second venue had been really pleasurable and I could tell that care was taken with all the gowns to make sure that they were in immaculate condition. Upon informing the girl in Wedding Bliss that I had changed my mind I was informed that I needed to pay the balance. I checked my legal stance on this and was reliably informed that I had no option but to pay. I went along to the shop to pay but asked to inspect the dress before paying. I discovered makeup all around the neckline and when I questioned this I was informed by a second older female that there was nothing that could be done and that if I inspected the majority of dresses in the shop they would have make up on them as so many people tried them on! I then insisted that it was cleaned and was told that this wasn't possible. When I asked if either women present would wear this dress to their wedding in its present condition I was horrified to be told that I could in fact "wash the dress myself" or "rub the marks off with a sponge". I refused to take the dress and they insisted I had to pay for it. Eventually they agreed to clean it but said that I must pay for it beforehand which I declined. I have since collected and paid for the dress in full. This was not a dispute over the payment of the dress but over the condition of it and the service. No matter what a persons budget is, the service and quality of the goods should be acceptable. The staff at this shop leave a lot to be desired and are extremely rude and aggressive. Terrible experience which I felt I needed to share. Can highly recommend Sarahs Bridal Exchange in Nantwich.

First visit ever to a bridal dhop and enough to put me off for life. Most horrible woman, who just would not listen and trying to throw plus size dresses onto a size 8 saying she could alter to fit.

Perhaps the most unhelpful people I have ever had the misfortune to meet.

I supplied them with the details of what I was looking for and they listened to NOTHING that I had to say.

Instead pushing the most horrendous dress's at me that they thought that they would be able to sell. I advised that I was looking for a plain and simple dress and what they kept finding me to try on were frilly, glittery and horrible. When I advised that this is not the style that I would be seen dead in - they got aggresive and advised that I was too picky and choosy and that the reason I didnt like their dresses was because I had no sense of fashion!!

DO NOT VISIT THIS SHOP. USELESS.

Really had high hopes for this place. I contacted the shop to ask if they had a particular dress and the lady that answered was so rude and snappy with me. When i asked if they had many of a particular style she said WHAT and then growled her answer to me. It really has put me off going in to have a further look. I cant comment really on value for money having not bought anything, but it is not worth spending money in a place where you are treated so poorly.
