Bella Vista Brides

What a wonderful experience I have had at Bella Vista. My mom, sister and I drove from Charleston to visit their store. A consultant sat down and really listened to me about the kind of dress I wanted. She went to one right away and I LOVED it. She picked several more before I tried them on. Turns out the first one she picked, the last one I tried, was the one. We got to celebrate with champagne. five months later, they called to say my dress was in and offered to deliver it to the Charleston store since I was from Charleston.

My wedding was beautiful and I recieved several compliments on my dress. My bridesmaids and my mother bought their dresses from Bella Vista as well. They truely bring style and grace to Columbia and Charleston without being snobby.

Terrible Customer Service!!!?

I agree that BV has nice gowns but the Customer Service there is SO terrible. The girls there are snobby air heads that never want to go above and beyond to assist the bride. They have to know that brides are under a great amount of stress but they could care less....they are very ELITIST as well. I never had a moment where I felt like I was treated as an equal to brides of other "persuasions." When by BMs and I went into the store the first time to look at gowns, they barely looked at us and when I wanted assistance with selecting a gown, they made a point to tell me the price points of the gown before I even gave them a budget! They automatically assumed that I could not afford anything in their "precious boutique." And even though I decided to buy my dress from there (b/c you can not find better dresses in Columbia and PLUS I felt obligated to prove a point that I could indeed afford a dress there) I am still having issues with them. My fiance' paid $60 to have my dress shipped to my new location and the shipping guy said that they would send it priority mail and that he would email me the tracking number...this was on saturday...do you think I have received an email? And when I call to seek answers, all I get are sentences that start off with, "unfortunately...blah, blah, blah"...no one ever wants to follow-up or do a decent job...they could care less about the CUSTOMER...they always want to take your name and number only to never call you back! This place is a disgrace...I would highly recommend any one with DIGNITY or CLASS find your dress somewhere else...even if you have to go out of state! BUYER BEWARE...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!

Really nice people and excellent prices I was shocked. They could not have done more for me, their shop is from home which is I suppose how I got my dress really excellent value
