Always & Forever Bridal Boutique, St. Helens

It was the first shop we tried and it ruined us for the rest. The changing rooms give you plenty of space to try on the dresses and show them off to family and friends. Beautiful large ornate mirrors in all the changing rooms. It was a wonderful experience, we never felt rushed or pressured to buy We were allowed to take photos of the dresses. The first dress my daughter tried on was the one and even though we saw the same dress later in another shop ( more expensive but would reduce to the same price ) we returne to Purchase from Always & Forever.

Firstly the sisters were very welcoming. Showed me plenty of dresses. I was nervous at first but was quickly put at ease. Tried 5 on and picked the first one on I tried! Was so shocked that I picked a dress in the first and only shop I went into! Now I cannot wait for my wedding day, I came home so happy after picking my dress. Can't praise them enough. Thank you always and forever!

Bridal shop by far!!!!

I got married on 11th Aug and it took me a little while & trying on a million dresses to find my perfect dress. Always & Forever was the first bridal shop I went to and the others I visited just did not have the same professionalism & petsonalisation as this one.

All I can say is thankyou very much to lovely Diane & sisters for helping me find my dream . Me & my mum went to millions of bridal shops & I tried tons of dresses on, but the only shop that made me feel like a princess bride & have the patience to go through every dress until I found "the one" was always & forever. 

As well as being professional, they knew everything you needed to know about wedding dresses, accessories, all the colours to go with whites & ivories, bridesmaid dresses, colours for groomsmen to go with you, you name it! Their service is professional and tailored to you unlike some other bridal shops I went to.

I not only got my wedding dress from here, I also got my 4 gorgeous bridemaids dresses from here too! Having 4 very different & fussy bridesmaids with different jobs, Diane was very accommodating with booking them in for fittings and making sure they felt gorgeous in their dresses.

Only my mum & I knew which dress I had & they ensured my bridesmaids didn't see it so it was a suprise. On the day they was all speechless.

Not only was they fab with me, they was absolutely brilliant with my mum.I

can't thank Always & Forever enough for their excellent service & for providing me with the most gorgeous perfect dress for me. I felt like a princess from the first time I tried it on & for the whole of my wedding day. Mr Taylor was amazed.

I visited this shop a few weeks ago. After reading such fantastic reviews I had high expectations. Unfortunately the shop did not live up to this. One thing I have to say is that the dresses are gorgeous, but they are stocked in many other shops. The one and only bridesmaid dress rack did not look impressive either. I went with one of my bridesmaids but she wasn’t offered a drink as in other bridal shops she has been offered tea/ coffee, wine or even champagne in one shop we visited. We have visited large established bridal boutiques within the North-West so I suppose nothing much can be expected from a small bridal shop within St. Helens. I travelled over 20 miles to get to this shop but didn’t see anything special. The lady that helped me when looking at the dresses could have spent more time helping me choose ones to try on as I felt rushed. My overall experience was nothing special.

IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THEY MUST HAVE BEEN AT THE WRONG SHOP - I went to always and forever 2 weeks ago and I cannot rate their service highly enough! I went to two other shops that day the first was OK but the woman was quite snotty if I am honest and then I went to a shop in Billinge and it was horrific but that's a story for another time. I cannot tell you how happy I was walking into always and forever! Firstly it was raining outside we rang the doorbell and Diane came legging it to the door to let us in so we didn't get wet!! I took my mum, best friend, step sister and sister in law along with me and they couldn't of been more welcome and accommodating, we started looking around the dresses and both the lovely ladies told me what would took could and which wouldn't taking my body shape in to account. I picked out a large number of dresses and began trying them on, they had bigger sizes aswell which is fab as I am an 18 so a size 8-10 just wouldn't look right on me! The ladies (Diane and Eileen) were so lovely and honest and nothing was too much trouble. They made me feel so comfortable and they made me enjoy the whole wedding dress shopping experience (unlike the other shops)so much so that even after to going to 5 more shops I found 'the one' knowing it was a designer that always and forever stocked I e-mailed them to see if they would be able to get the dress for me to which they said they would love to! I am so so pleased as I would much rather have my fittings and hand over over a £1000 to this shop than the others. If your reading this Diane and Eileen THANK-YOU!!!!!!!! xxxxxx

I went to Always and Forever after researching local bridal shops who stock plus size dresses to try on, as another shop told me which style I needed for my shape but had none in stock. Before buying a dress, I wanted to be 100% sure it looked ok on. We booked an appointment in March.

When we walked in, the ladies were lovely, especially to my Dad as they dont get many men in there!

I was asked what type of dress I was looking for. My mum explained that we'd been to another shop who had told us which style to go for, so anything in that style. They took one look at me and shook their heads, saying they wouldnt let me leave the shop with a dress like that as it would make me look twice as wide!!!!

They helped me pick out my perfect dress which hides the right places. They owners are so down to earth and easy to get on with, I couldnt believe it when I read the review saying they were rude! This is NOT the case! They work by appointment only, so if you want them to be dedicated to you during your appointment, turn up on time!

I would recommend them to anyone, especially plus size brides - these ladies know what they're talking about, believe me! Thank you ladies for helping me!!! xx

After visiting other wedding dress shops in and around Warrington, my daughter (the bride to be) and I knew within 2 minutes of walking through the door at Always & Forever that this was the one. Not only did they have a fantastic selection of dresses to suit all budgets but the staff were so nice and friendly that we both felt very comfortable with them from the off. Their expertise shone through as they guided us through the very pleasurable experience of buying a wedding dress. As you may only ever visit one bridal shop, I would suggest you make it this one. Very Highly recommended

I recently visited this bridal boutique and was horrified with the service I received. The woman in-charge spoke to me, my mother and sister very rudely. As I rang the bell at the front door the woman answered and said 'O your late.. I have only got till 12 o'clock you know'. The day a bride chooses her wedding dress is meant to be one to remember well this is... but not for the right reasons. We went away from the shop feeling belittled. Lets just say I wont be getting my dress from there.....I warn everyone who is bridal shopping not to go to ALWAYS AND FOREVER BRIDAL BOUTIQUE : ST HELENS...

I went into this shop to look at tiaras with a friend who is getting married. I only looked at the dresses and the owner spoke to me like I was a child telling me I wasn't allowed near them and I must sit down saying "what are you here for? Tiaras not dresses!"

I was so gobsmacked at how rude someone could be to a customer that I said to my friend that I thought that was rude (which was an understatement). The shop assistant then went on to tell me that if I didn't like it I could get out! I have never been treated so rudely in all my life and would not recommend this place to anyone!

I am a 30 year old woman, married and a baby on the way and they made me feel like I was a grubby 4 year old who was going to put sticky fingers all over their precious dresses or worse still I was going to try and rob something!

How dare they treat people like that! I will be telling as many people about this as possible as they don not deserve the business!

I am getting married in June 2012, the ladies that run always & Forever bridal boutique are priceless, they are friendly, helpful and spend the time in ensuring you get the perfect dress. They helped me so much and always made me feel so so special, even when their where run of thier feet they made time for me. I am absolutely over the moon with the dress, veil, head peice & jewelry I purchased, all items were well priced & not to expensive but still quality products. But most of all I can't stress enough how friendly and what a fantastic service these ladies offer they really do put a 110% in.
