when our driver Sali arrived 15 minutes late the driver was completely unhelpful not wanting to stop off at a cash point or for us to get any alcohol. he only cared about payment which I quickly sorted out before we left as there was only one bottle of champagne which isn't enough for a party of 16 we didn't complain but continued merrily on our journey.

But not only did he not want to stop off at the shop he was difficult not wanting to stop the bus for people to stop to go to the toilet and would not close the cut curtain so we couldn't fully relax and enjoy ourselves. The light case feel off the ceiling shortly after leaving and hit my friend on the head. Which we again did not complain about and simply put to one side. Once your driver Sali picked us up a few people got off the bus on the way home like I asked you if that would be ok and stopped off at a off-licence so people could get a few things again this was all on the way when we returned home Sali asked my guest for £20.00 for literally opening his doors on the route home my quest gave him what they had and he was still not happy causing an argument with them, and after everyone left his bus he then dumped all the rubbish from the bus outside my sisters house on the public road, this is known as fly tipping and carries a £1000,00 fine and I willing be reporting Sali for his disrespectful actions. my friends may be loud but no one broke a thing and everyone was very polite and merry the entire evening which can not be said about your driver I will be leaving a very honest opinion about your company and to say the least I'm livid after paying over £400.00 and receiving a terrible service that could of easily spoiled my sisters birthday. by far the worst service I have ever received AVOID!!!!!

From an estimate to hiring the Limo I found the service first class .

On the night the Limo turned up right on time from the car to the driver was extremely smart polite and we felt we were in good hands .

I would recommend Elite Limo to any one they did a first class job my daughter was shocked but happy and surprised .

I would not recommend this company at all. We booked them for my daughter's wedding day and even before we started there were problems with the car, the driver was scruffy and unhelpful, and we were delayed while a mechanic had to be called as the car was making a horrible noise.

The groom to be told the driver what the problem with the car was but the driver assured us that wasn't the case. When the car started smoking we knew something was seriously wrong! The groom turned out to be right and we broke down half way there and we were stranded on the A1 having to flag down taxi's with the bride in tears. We all had to travel separately and almost missed the ceremony which was very stressful.

We had to spend time during the photos calling around taxi and limo companies searching for transport home for all of us. We eventually found taxis.

Now we have been promised a refund, but their attitude was completely unacceptable and unhelpful. I suggested they should pay for any costs that we incurred for taxis and maybe sent flowers to my daughter to apologise but all they kept repeating is that the contract says they are not liable for any compensation, etc.

I felt upset by what seemed a complete lack of sympathy or business sense!

Booked for them to take us a 2hr journey.

The driver was great, offered to take pictures and very patient. The bus it's self was small we'd originally booked for 16 luckily there was only 8 of us otherwise it would have been very cramped. The problems began when the music system kept going on and off. The driver tried several things to sort the problem but none worked. Essentially we had to go the whole journey with no music. So not much party bus more of just a bus.

I was more annoyed with the managements response. I had to chase and chase just to get a response but essentially they said TOUGH. These things happen and it's not their fault apparently. Very disappointing seeing as I could have spent £180 on a cab rather then £400 on the "party"bus.

I'm sure if all went well it would have been a laugh, run the risk if you dare.

I hired Elite limo's for my wedding day (11th August 2012). which was booked for 12:30 - 13:30.

The driver was unprofessional in his attitude as soon as he arrived as he was dressed is scruffy jeans and t-shirt. He arrived between 5-10 minutes early and when my father explained how we would not be coming out for another 15-20 minutes, he straight away made my father feel like that was a problem. I then went out to him myself 10 minutes later for him to say to me that he can only wait a maximum of 10 more minutes as he has another pick up after he had dropped us off. We were all made to rush ourselves which therefore meant we did not have time to take any photographs with the limo and this caused us all to panic as this additional stress and rush was not planned for nor appreciated.

Once I gave the driver the payment of £200 he then demanded another £50 for 'waiting time', putting a lot of pressure on me to pay. I begrudgingly paid the extra ?50 even though by the time we left it was only 12:50 giving us 40 minutes to make the journey, we arrived within the paid hour.

When I originally booked the limo I told the person over the phone that I would not need to get to my destination until 13:30 so I asked if I needed to book it for later. I was told that leaving at 12:30 to allow time for traffic.

I think the driver played on our sensitivity due to the fact it was an important time for us all just to get more money. He did not even open the doors for me or my guests and it did not feel special in anyway and spoiled the morning of my special day because of this, which I won't be getting back.

I have complained in email and in writing and have had no response!
