I want to start off by saying I never typically write a review about a company via the web but I have to express my negative thoughts towards this awful and disrepectful business.

I couldn't have been more excited for my first cubs game in Chicago with a group of my friends Until...... We had Any Time Limo pick us up for a roundtrip to and from our hotel. My experience with this company started off bad the second I stepped foot outside of the hotel when they showed up with wrong vehicle and the A/C didn't work and the . Long story short, they don't respect thier customers, charged us extra and had terrible customer service.

DO NOT EVER USE ANY TIME LIMO and DON'T LET [name removed] FOOL YOU!

DO NOT EVER USE ANY TIME LIMOUSINES!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH! They have total lack of respect for their PAYING customers. Their bus driver was rude to us and disrespectful. He swore at us, and pocketed $100 of our CASH money! After trying to file a complaint with the company the following day, they refused to call back and deal with the issue at hand.They tried to charge us for the most ridiculous things & refused to give us a price list or charge the credit card. They stated it had to be in cahs & ended up pocketing the money!! DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

WARNING!!! DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Worst Company ever!!! I recently booked the LIMO BUS that seats 22 people for my wedding reception for August 7th 2010. They called and said they were running 30min late and we were ok with that. But then they showed up at our home address instead of the hotel where our reception was. We called the day before to confirm the location pickup and time since we never heard from them. Then it gets worse, after they were 1hr late the BUS was filthy with no alcohol, water or cups on it.

The alcohol was supposed to be included in the package, this was confirmed by phone and email.

We then had to spend about 30min running to Dominick's to pick up Soda, water and beer. And they would only pay for a small portion of it.

Not only did the bus smell of stinky feet, it had a inch of dust everywhere and the trash cans were full of old beer cans. View picture.

So to make matters worse we missed our portrait session with the family because of the bus being 1 1/2 hours late and we did not want to cut the time short with the LIMO BUS since we already pre-paid for the 3hrs. Now we understand that things can go wrong, so we emailed and called Alex letting him know of all the issues we had- we NEVER heard back from him! We gave him plenty of time to respond back and we only asked if he can do whatever he thinks is fair to amend the situation...No response back...

WORST SERVICE EVER! do not ever use them. The time lost and frustration is not worth the $100 bucks you save. Next time I will go with a reputable company and let all my friends and family know of what a horrible service they provided.

If I could give Any Time Limo a negative rating of 50 stars, I would. I called to make an airport reservation and all lines went into voicemail. "Alex" called me back and I said that I was sorry but had made a reservation with another company because I could not reach someone live. He made the very rude comment that he didn't want my cheap airport business anyway and hung up on me. I phoned him back and left a message to say that that was an unecessary and unprofessional response, especially in this economy. He phoned me back, leaving a message riddled with profanities, said I had a "f****d-up" attitude and called me a "loser". To exacerbate the situation, he harrassed me by texting me three times afterward, writing "clients like you are cheap, demanding, shared-ride, want-my-car now types. We do not partake in that type of business with clients like you for a lousy $5 profit." Please....I beg everyone to contract with a reputable company, not this one.

ANY TIME LIMO IS HORRIBLE! GO ELSEWHERE!

I prepaid then was charged additional $100 after the trip was over. When I called to ask what the charge was for I was accused of "knowing exactly what I was doing" and that I didn't know what "downtown" meant. I was completely up fron on the phone for the reservation - agreed to 4 pickups, gave him the neighborhoods (not the addresses). Now Alex says that one of the pickups is WAY out of the area (Bronzeville). I cannot believe how rude this company is. Not to mention the fact that the driver drove around the same block 4 times trying to find the expressway, Why should I pay extra for something that was agreed to beforehand? Even if the address was out of the area - why wasn't it brought up at the time of service?

HORRIBLE BUSINESS - RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE - STAY AWAY - In this economy, go with someone who appreciates your business and is above board.

Any Time Limo Chicago is the absolute worst company of any kind that I have ever dealt with. I came to Chicago from Texas on August 15th to see the Jimmy Buffett show. I was taking my 5 year old along with my wife and sister and her husband. Since I was unfamiliar with the area and I was staying about an hour away, I arranged for this company to pick us up at our hotel and take us to and from the show. I reserved this 3 months in advance.

About 90 minutes prior to our scheduled pickup time, I received an automated call from anytime stating that my return trip was canceled due to a breakdown. That was it.

I called the company and was told by a very rude woman that it was just an answering service and that I needed to call on Monday as there was nobody there on the weekends.

Luckily the Westin hotel concierge was able to arrange a cab for us there and back.

When we called anytime on Monday, they put us on hold about 10 times, then some guy got on the phone and told us he would call us back. Of course he never did.

So today we are filling out paperwork from Visa to have the $370 charge (which was put through in June) removed from our credit card.

Any Time Limo Chicago charge your credit card and will not refund when they add hidden charges to the contract.

Don't take my word for it.

Look them up on the Better Business Bureau website (www.bbb.com). You will see they are rated "F", the lowest rating they have.

Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to deal with.

The biggest complaint about any time limo is the driver did not help us in and out of the SUV limo. There were 11 women in our group and we all had on heels and sandals, and most of us are under 5'4 so it was a pretty big step up and down. At the end of the evening, my sister who recently had a c-section and has a newborn baby at home, was trying to get out of the limo and fell backwards out hitting her head hard on the pavement. The limo driver came over to the limo for a minute to ask if she was ok, then went back to doing paperwork. He didn't help the rest of the people out, or take down any information. He did not notify his employer of what happened. He just went about his business like nothing happened.

We were all standing around making sure my sister was ok and that we didn't need to take her to the hospital. She was saying her head really hurt, and now she has a bump on the back of her head. So far she has not had any serious problems.

I contacted the limo company to tell them what happened, and to get their insurance info to file an incident only liability claim (I'm a workers' compensation claims adjuster and I know how important it is to file a claim right away). The guy not only refused to give me the information, but called me a liar and said we made the whole thing up. He doesn't believe it happened. None of his driver's reported an incident, and since I couldn't remember the driver's name...he said we probably didn't even have a limo with their company. He was extremely rude and unprofessional to me. Then when I tried to ask more questions, he hung up on me. I filed a complaint with the BBB and am awaiting a response. We aren't looking for a refund or any money. All we want to do is file a claim with their liability insurance company in case my sister needs medical treatment in the future. She could start having blurred vision and headaches (to name a few) from a head trauma.

I would not recommend this company to anyone for any type of event. The customer service is horrible and they do not care about their passengers at all. I had a simple evening bachelorette party where we went to a restaurant to see a Hawaiian dinner show. The only reason we got a limo was because it was a far drive and we wanted the group to ride together. No one got drunk and our evening was over by 11:30 p.m. We are not party people, and this company accused us of being a bunch of drunk women falling out of a limo. This is a very rude company that should be out of business for the way they treat their customers.

Any Time Limo Chicago, IL is horrible, horrible, horrible. . . . . . I think the emails below say enough. . . . I'm not sure how people like this stay in business. Please buy a $3.00 calculator and learn how to add and multiply! At the end I would like to add that we do not want "customers" who are ignorant and petty!Please do note that we treat paying customers like a family! Also you are not our customer since we feel that you do not deserve to get our great service and limousines at very competitive rates! You will get the service you deserve! I have never dealt with such a rude and disrespectful person in the customer service industry such as with any time limo chicago. They charged our credit card without authorization and even threatened to keep the money and just not provide the service. We will be filing a claim with the BBB and already have with the credit card company.
