Robert Fair Catering Went Above And Beyond To Help

Robert Fair Catering went above and beyond to help me. They listened to everything that I wanted and worked with me to make it something that I could afford. They took time to understand where I was coming from and never made me feel as though I was just another bride. Kerry was kind and informative. She gave me straight forward answers which was a tremendous relief. (I hate when vendors dance around the price!) Their selection of food was extensive and well executed. I would recommend them to anyone!

I Couldn't Be Happier That We Picked Robert Fair T

I couldn't be happier that we picked Robert Fair to cater our wedding. They were so accommodating during the entire planning process- both my mom and I live out of state. They were very responsive through email and phone calls. We made several changes to the menu and schedule during the process, and never felt nervous that things were being forgotten or misunderstood. We chose to have a stations menu and they were so flexible with our choices, always keeping our final costs in mind. The billing was straight forward- no surprise hidden charges or taxes, etc.Because we were out of state, we weren't able to meet until the day of the wedding. She immediately made me feel comfortable. She had an amazing mix of friendliness and professionalism- I felt she really cared about me and my day, but she was also able to keep my unruly groomsmen on schedule and informed. They said later they thought she was a lot of fun. She coordinated really well with the other vendors to ensure that everyone was on the same page. She also made sure that our favors were presented at the end of the night, etc.The food was amazing- I didn't get to eat as much as I would have liked, but all I hear from guests is how amazing the food was, including every single appetizer and the main dishes. I did get a chance to have some tasty moist turkey and really amazing prime rib. Every staff member, from the servers to the bar tenders were friendly and accommodating, too. I couldn't be happier with our catering choice.

I Hired Robert Fair Caterers Last Year To Do My We

I hired Robert Fair Caterers last year to do my wedding because so many different people had recommended them to me and I had personally been a guest at two weddings that they had catered previously. I was not disappointed. They were very helpful and patient with this nervous bride and my challenging mother! Covered every detail from the moment we hired them and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process.

The day of the wedding, I woke up to a terrible rainy day and panicked because we had planned an outside ceremony! They called me and told me not to worry that they would handle everything. When I arrived at the site, Fair Caterers had moved the outside ceremony inside the reception hall and made it absolutely beautiful and tasteful! I was amazed that they pulled this off with absolutely no forewarning.

Their professionalism continued throughout the day and the staff was very nice and took care of every facet to make it a day any girl would dream of. All I heard from all of our guests was how wonderful everything was and I highly recommend the filet and cold seafood appetizer buffet! Fair Caterers have a very talented and creative chef. If you're looking for a caterer to make your wedding day perfect, look no farther than Fair Caterers!

My Sister And Brother-in-law's 40th Wedding Annive

My sister and brother-in-law's 40th wedding anniversary was an overwhelming success, thanks to Robert Fair Catering. We had been looking for something different to incorporate into the party and with their help decided on a wine tasting with all of the delicious food to go with each wine. What a huge help they were! The surroundings at Winston's could not have been lovelier and Robert Fair Catering went above and beyond what we could ever have expected from a caterer. The personal attention paid to all of the details by all of the staff made the event a joy for everyone, especially my sister and her husband. Thank you.

Our Wedding Could Not Have Been Planned Any Better

Our wedding could not have been planned any better ~ Robert Fair Caterers helped make our special day perfect! The lady was outstanding; she was so easy to work with & very detail oriented; she even helped me bustle my dress when one of the strings broke. The food was great! We did a station menu and our family and friends really enjoyed the concept of different food items at each mini buffet. The wait staff was very attentive to anything we needed; they even kept our glasses filled all night. We did not have a wedding planner and after the incredible service, I am glad we saved on the cost of one. Robert Fair Caterers was not only very professional, but was personable as well & that's a great combination for any wedding. We would recommend them to anyone!

I Would Recommend Robert Fair Caterers To Anyone.

I would recommend Robert Fair Caterers to anyone. They were great and made the planning of our special day so much easier then I expected. One member of staff at Robert Fair was a blessing. She made me feel at ease and after meeting with her only a few times, she knew exactly what our taste was and what to recommend to make our day perfect. Once the day arrived, she did not miss a beat. She was on top of making sure I did not have to worry about a thing. She took care of everything - my dress, my drinks, made sure the guest had what they needed - everyone couldn't stop talking about the food. It was everything I dreamed the day to be - I could not have had as much fun at my own wedding without being in such good hands with Robert Fair Caterers! Thank you!

Our Son Was Married On May 10, 2008 At The Applefo

Our son was married on May 10, 2008 at the Appleford Estate in Villanova, PA. The setting was countryside elegance and the day turned out perfect in every way. The catering was by Robert Faire and it could not have been better. All details were handled professionally from the most minute (showing the bridesmaids how to walk down the path) to the more complicated (manning the bar and serving the food). The coordinator in charge was on top of every detail. The setting for the photography, the bridesmaids pre-wedding room and the clean-up after all was done. I know that there were many details that none of us had even thought of - They made it all seamless.

The food was absolutely great! Everyone had rave reviews - what should have been cold was just so and what should be served hot was perfect. The filet mignon was a particular favourite of the guests - cooked perfectly with an awesome sauce.

Because the caterer handled all of the little details - bartenders, DJ, timing of meal, dessert, etc. - we, family and guests, were able to enjoy every minute of the ceremony and reception. I would highly recommend Robert Faire caterers for any event!

As Parents We Wanted The Absolute Best For Our Dau

As parents we wanted the absolute best for our daughter's wedding reception. When she stated she wanted the reception to be held at our home my wife and I tried every reason to convince her that a hotel would be the better option.

We weren't sure how to proceed but now believe we could be full time event planners!

We met with several caterers in the area and decided upon Robert Fair Caterers. We all knew after the first appointment that they would be the caterer we would work with. They calmed our fears by reviewing all aspects of the affair - we had questions .. they had answers.

We placed our confidence in them and sent invitations out. We had 230 guests under a tent with a dance floor and a 10 piece band. I don't know exactly how they did it, but each station was absolutely flawless. The hand carved fillet Mignon was the most tender fillet I have ever had. The dessert station was a great hit with the guests and finished the night well.

If you are in need of a first rate professional firm, Robert Fair Caterers should definately be considered.

A Beautiful Wedding Was Planned At Cairnwood In Br

A beautiful wedding was planned at Cairnwood in Bryn Athyn with Robert Fair caterers providing the catering services. We were told when we signed the original contracts that they would walk us through step by step and help with every aspect to make this a beautiful wedding. Once the contract was signed we never heard from them again until the deposits were due. I finally contacted them last fall to let them know that we were not advised as to when we could go for a tasting. I was told that they have been very busy and it was up to us to find out when the tastings were. Only the bride and groom could go to the tasting because the only tasting they could go to only had two seats left. The ceremony was held at Cairnwood so additional ceremony chairs had to be ordered. They if we wanted them to order the chairs and the bride said she would get back to her. Within one month which was still months before the wedding the bride called them and told her she would like her to order the additional chairs, she then followed up that conversation with two

e-mails to make sure the chairs were being ordered. The day before the wedding the bride received a call telling her that since they were never notified to order the additional chairs there would not be enough chairs for the ceremony. Needless to say the bride was in tears and even showed me (mother of the groom) the copies of the e-mails that were sent to them about the chairs. I called them and after a heated discussion they hung up on me. I called the main office and talked to someone else and he took care of the chair situation and did not charge us for the additional chairs which I thought was very nice. Unfortunately everything did not run smoothly. Some of the staff was extremely rude to the guests (this I found out the day after the wedding when I started receiving phone calls to let us know how lovely the wedding was but how rude some of the staff was). One of the tables collapsed and water and drinks ended up all over the floor but more importantly on one of the guests that was seated at the table. Fortunately not everyone was seated at the time of the collapse. The table cloth was to the floor and that side of the table cloth was soaking wet to where you could not sit at the table without getting very wet. When asked if they could change the table cloth a member of staff asked why they could not sit at a wet table cloth and they did not have any extra table cloths anyway. One of the guests then asked if they could sit outside then because they could not sit at the table. Accidents can happen but it would have been nice to accommodate the guests. Coffee and cake was set up in one of the rooms for which guests were to be notified where the coffee and cake was. Not everyone was notified and people were finding it by mistake. People who did have cake and coffee either found it be mistake or were told by another guest where to find it. What is worse than that is that the cake was served with plastic forks. This was not a plastic fork event. To top it all off we had silver bells on the tables which each couple was to take home as a favor. When people started leaving and looking for their bells I asked a member of staff where the bells were and was informed that they threw them away. I could not believe that they threw away these beautiful 4" silver sells that had a ribbon and love charm attached. The ribbon and love charm we added ourselves. I paid over $350 for these bells. I still do not know why they would throw away beautiful silver bells. I guess I still cannot believe that they threw them away. Working with the caterer was the worst experience I have had with any vendor I have every dealt with. I think if we were people who were constantly calling and bugging them I would understand it. We in fact wanted to do stations for the dinner and after discussing this with the company the bride and groom decided to go with the sit down dinner at their advice. So it is not as if we went in saying this is what we want and you better do it. The only thing they wanted was for us to have all of the guests in a tent on the terrace which we could not do because we did not know what the weather would be like and they were quite a few elderly people and several with heart conditions that if the weather was humid could not be outside, since the tents would not be air conditioned. I will never recommend this caterer to anyone and unfortunately for them this wedding was filled with young people who would have been great future customers but I know from what we are hearing from our guests as well no one will use Robert Fair caterers who were at this wedding.
