02 Mobile Phone Company Exploit Children(deceitful Liars)

I had a contract mobile phone for 2 years in Northern Ireland during that time I complained about the poor network, they expect me to use my wifi broadband to make and receive calls and use the Internet. I couldn't use the network for Internet most towns got poor signal 2g not 4g as stated My contract ends shortly I asked for puk code and found out to my dismay that they didn't unlock my phone so I had to call them using my son 02 Mobile as they disconnected my phone too before even used puk code.They said I was still connected but I haven't been able to make a call for 3 days even in Coleraine.They usually offer guru appointment to help but didn't bother,they lied.Their 02 shop didn't help and didn't want to know I changed my provider good riddance,I hope they go bust.

Worst of all when i question my enormous bill for my son gaming he downloaded the shop staff said they could do nothing about it and so did their customer services! This amounts to child exploitation!!!!!!!!!!!

Despite Been Told That I Did Not Require Mobile Ph

Despite been told that I did not require Mobile Phone Insurance The Mobile Phone Comapany passed my details including bank details onto a Mobile Phone Insurance Company. The first time I knew about it was when the first direct debit came out of my account. 14 Months into my Contract they have done it again!!

Complete waste of time and a joke. I guess most of the biz simpy comes from the free 3month insurance which is bundled in mobile sales.

contract riddled with exclusions and service is shockingly poor.

£25 excess to claim. £7 to postage.

yearly premium 12 x £7 monthly payment for a year = £84.

Therefore if you where to claim, within a year the the premiums and excess

is £116. Hardly worth if you phone costs £100.

Remember is mobiles phones are provided with 12months warranty.

Avoid this company like the plague. You will be subjected to repeated calls, even when you have requested that they no longer call you. They will attempt to put you on a contract without making you fully aware of the terms. The one unfortunate time I did business with them, they made out that they were from Orange although they are absolutely not.

Seriously, this is the most unethical and irritating company I have ever come into contact with. Just Google 'Mobile Phone Company Blackpool' and see what comes up... nothing but total dissatisfaction and reports of shady business practices, including an article in the Guardian. Avoid these idiots.

Unlike The Other Reviews On This Web Page I Found

Unlike the other reviews on this web page i found it extremley easy and a pleasant experience dealing with the staff at this company!! I spoke to a young man named ashley who was extremly helpfull. From the start i was aware that i was moving onto the 3 network and the packages they offerd saved me alot of money and there were no come backs over this e.g minuits for only six months or texts for only 6 months.

overall i have already recomended lots of friends and will definatly be sticking with this business to upgrade my phone in the near future.

Business 900 was the plan i chose which included 1125 minuits anytime 150 texts at just 25.53 plus vat. I was so happy with the plan i decided to add on an internet bolt on which was a bargain at 4.26 plus vat.

Customer service was excellent and all who i dealt with made sure i knew exactley what i was signing up for.

Cold Called And Initially Wary Of Representitive,

Cold called and initially wary of representitive, however their dubious methods of first contact, they were knowledgable and professional, I was called subsequently by someone from quality control to ensure I knew what I was purchasing. Phone arrived the following day within the time specified. Smooth switchover to 3 from Orange and am now enjoying a far superior network coverage and bills at less than half price with no cashback to claim. No more dropped calls and no more miles of dead network in the centre of Bristol. Would recommend.

I Am Very Sceptical Of Cold Callers So When I Got

I am very sceptical of cold callers so when I got a call from the mobile phone company I was suspicious however once the deal was explained to me it sounded appealing which then made me think what is the catch. The deal explained was 1125 mins and 150 texts plus a new phone that would be delivered the next day, I thought about it for a few days and decided that it sounded good and that I was just going to go for it, the phone arrived and I have had no problems what so ever the only inconvience to myself was that I had to carry both phones for a day while my number change over but apart from hat i would reccomend

The Mobile Phone Company Contacted My Elderly Fath

The Mobile Phone Company contacted my elderly father in January this year. He believed they were from his existing mobile phone provider Orange and he was arranging an upgrade for his handset and a further contract.

This was not the case, they were acting on behalf of 3-Mobile. 3 sent him a new phone (and contract)... He paid the bills for 6 months and didn't open the phone. My mother realised he was paying for 2 mobile phone bills when she was going through his bank statements.

Neither company is offering any resolution to the problem and they are refusing at this time to cancel his contract!
