I completely agree with all the "Terrible" reviews about this company. They will take your money, not send your items and then refuse to give you a refund by claiming they have just taken over the company and are not responsible for previous orders.

Selling out of stock products where they only inform you after you have paid and do not refund. Customer service advisors telling stories each time you call. When trying to email them, they lie again and then blocked my email address. Unbelievable! Reported the Trading Standards.

I ordered items mid-September. 10 days later I rang to see why I'd had no despatch confirmation only to be told goods were "out of stock". I cancelled my order right then but didn't see a refund so after a couple of weeks I rang and was told " that it hadn't been processed properly" but it'd be done straight away. Fast forward another week and still no refund so I called again and was fobbed off with the same excuse and promise. After nearly 2 months I've still had no refund and my bank is on the case with Trading Standards and Merseyside Police also aware.
Shockingly Bad !
I don't think this is a real company , eight attempts to get a refund over four weeks . The managers openly lied when saying they were processing a refund . On the eighth attempt while threatening to contact trading standards I finally got a world pay refund confirmation email .
I sincerely hope this is the end of this fiasco, 16 years of online shopping and I can honestly say this is the worst experience I've ever had , and I've dealt with the Chinese as well !

The Worst Customer Service I Have Ever Experienced!
After I had placed an order I found out a week later when I emailed the company the the items were not in stock. They had of course charged my credit card when I placed the order. I cancelled my ord er and asked for a refund. The company confirmed that a refund had been made the same day.
Not surprisingly it never showed up. I questioned this a number of times over the next month and was told more than once that it had been made when it hadn’t. Only when I threatened court action did I receive my refund! Disgraceful conduct! Luckily for all of us there are many professional companies out there that sell these type of products. I will never use this company again!

Item Wasn't Even In Stock
Ordered a new blade for my saw for work , waited 3 days then the day after it was due I get an email saying items out of stock . Not impressed as I really needed it for work ended up loosing money . So use at your own risk .
Do Not Use
Order placed on 16th Feb 2017
Chased on 23rd Feb told order would be with us in 7/10 days
Chased on 7th March told would arrive next week
Chased 16th March, again told next week
Chased 4th April, said unless received this week would request refund.
They said would give refund on 5th April 2017, Credit note received.
To date, this being 30th May, no refund received.
Now in hands of credit card company.
Would never deal with them again.

made order 14th of april now 5th of may still no delivery,
phoned them last week to find out not in stock was told be with me in 3 days.
9 days later still waiting what a joke no communication no email nothing atall,
untill 3rd of may got email to tell me arriving on friday 5t oops not here never again would rather pay doubble.

Not A Company To Do Business With!
Ordered baypole screws expecting delivery in the stated time frame then came across the review sites and to say Iwas gobsmacked was an understatement, I could not believe all the negative feedback so I phoned the company up to enquire what was happening with my order as it has not been delivered and no communication from them. Lo and behold was told it was out of stock and would not be in till next week even though it is still on the web as being in stock. I was asked if I had been informed of this and no I had not so I cancelled my order and asked for a refund so will see how long it takes them. Ipaid via Paypal so will have recourse through them. Reading all feedback it seems that "It's not in stock" is their favourite excuse. So as another dissapointed customer I will join the throng and say Do not use this company as you will be one of us.
