A month ago dropped my laptop for repair, then the shop closed for some reason and I wasn't able to get it back weeks and weeks later I finally locate it to a near by hotel 3 days in a row I go there for it not to be there. Hotel stunk manager was rude never ever have I experienced anythjng like it. Finally get it after soo many falling out with them and it wasn't even fixed. Avoid this place by all means. I agree the men who were running the place were nice guys but the manager of the near by hotel it is now running from is the rudest.
Never ever again will I put any of my possessions in that shop. And I suggest nobody does!!!!!!

Took A Computer In For A Repair
I took my computer in for a repair and I was immediately greeted by the staff. They booked my computer in for a repair I was then quoted two days for the repair and by the end of that day I had a phone call from Penzance computers letting me know that they had repaired it and it was ready to be picked up. There for I am a very happy customer and I would recommend their services to all.

Took PS3 in for report. Quoted 3 days turn around. 5 weeks later i rang and was dealt with very rudely! The MD left the phone while i was talking...not evening hanging up!!! I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone!!!
Appalling Place. Penzance Computers Do Everything
Appalling place. Penzance Computers do everything orally "gentleman's agreement"-type business, except that when they then make a mistake they are anything BUT gentlemanly! I have personally had better service at PCWorld despite general criticisms to the contrary.
i took my laptop in for a replacment hinge, they originally quoted £30, then when i took it in he said £65, i was supposed to take a few days for the part to be delivered and half hour to fix, 8 days later its sorted to a very poor quality, the manager is an absolute con artist he couldnt show me the original hinge because he said he had to throw it because of the state of it, he wouldnt show me an invoice for the part as its "trade secrets", he told me the part cost 30 but i looked on the box for the hinge and it had an address which when i typed in to google it was an ebay shop and i found the exact part for £14.99 and when i confronted him he got all defensive.they had glued the old hinge back in place due to the scratches on the supposed new hinge being very similar to the old hinge but we will never know because he threw it away, i spoke to a few people at my work and they said he has many companies refusing business due to what he is like, also i came across ex staff members that he employed and every single last one said he was and still is bad. his attitude was terrrible and when i went to go and pick up my laptop it had glue oozing out of the hinge and covered he had also cracked the casing. i am now getting in contact with cornwall county council trading standards to start what i have heard to be one of plenty cases against him, so people make sure that you dont get ripped off! i have since then been recommended to go to the computer repair shop up causeway head.
