No Refund Given For Returned Goods

Don't buy anything from Urban Outfitters on line. Having returned unwanted goods to Urban Outfitters, they acknowledged receipt of the goods and confirmed that the refund had been processed, three weeks later I still haven't had my money refunded. Totally unacceptable. Get your act together and sort this out.

I Just Ordered A Quilt Through Paypal, And Even Th

I just ordered a quilt through Paypal, and even though the money has been paid to them, they want my credit card details or they won't process the order, even though they already have my money. I have never been asked ever to give my credit card details to anyone when using PayPal.

Fed Up, Now Ex Customer

Having been a customer with said retailer for a while, mainly on my 2 daughters behalves, I am disgusted with treatment received this month by the company. Ordered a top at cost of £22.00 plus £3.99 delivery for 1 said daughter, arrived 4 days later for her to be slightly bemused at the ghastly hat they sent instead. So returned said item stating it not what was ordered, at a cost to me of £3.20. They e-mailed stating they returning £22.00 back to account, hang on my bill was £25.99....... We then re-ordered the top, paid another £3.99 for delivery, 3 days later..... we get a pair of shorts.....really!!!!!!

Phoned customer services, told to send back, she would organise replacement, all sorted...... OH NO...paid another £3.20 to return, waited a week for top to arrive..no top..e-mail customer services to be told it out of stock...but they have paid back £22.00.....again bill was £25.99.

Imagine my surprise when on same day as receive e-mail from them setting out of stock... I go online, find top and surprise, surprise its in stock.. I re-e-mail customers services venting anger at being led to and being out of pocket £14.38 for deliveries and returns.... and low and behold.. no answer..

Never using this company again and sure as hell would not recommend.

Disgraceful!

Bought a jacket online over two months ago and recieved it without the tag. I tried to send it back but they returned the jacket to me, accusing me of taking the tag off and returning it in an unsalable condition?! I haven't even worn the jacket and returned it within the 30 day exchange/refund policy that they have. I was told I would be contacted by head office about this situation within 72hrs. But surprise surprise... after 72hrs I heard nothing!! So I have had to ring up their 0845 number three times alone this week. Will never be shopping here again... absolutely appalling!

Poor Online Customer Service

ordered a turntable with a UK plug and received one with an EU plug. After one phone call and two emails was advised i could either send the whole turntable back and once it was received a new one would be dispatched or purchase a UK adaptor myself for which i would receive a refund once i had scanned in and emailed the receipt to urban outfitters. Not possible to just send the correct UK plug, instead UO solution to their mistake is to further inconvenience the customer....don't do your online shopping with this company, there are companies out there who offer much better customer service.

Worst Online Retailer

A while ago i ordered 5 items from urban outfitters, and 2 out of the 5 items i did not order! Instead i received these old looking items that i don't think they even sell. I wasted so much money. NEVER AGAIN!

okay, so I live in Australia NSW, I placed my order on the 5th April 2013, I had ordered $90 boots (I know expensive) the website clearly says 10-12 business days for there free shipping that they offer you if you spen over $50. it has been a month now and I still haven't received my boots I've probably emailed then roughly around 8 times in the past 2 weeks, an I've gotten 3 replys. the first was telling me my order had been Lost in transit an they would reship my order out as soon as possible, the next was telling me to wait a further couple of days to see if my order would be delivered, the third was the exact same email that they sent to me in the first place, word for word. I am absolutely furious that it has not only been a month since I placed my order, I still haven't received my order, if they even do reship it put I have to wait a further to weeks onto of a month! And the boots that I originally ordered, aren't even on the site anymore! it says that they are 'no longer available' this is ridiculous!

Online Disgrace

I placed an order using two promo codes.

They excepted my order but cancelled it the next day due to having no stock.

But when I went online the next day they had stock in again, so I thought I would give it a try..

Surprise surprise the two codes I had didnt work together.

But as I wanted the item i decided to get them again.

Now they want to security check me...

By The Time You Receive Your Order It's Out Of Fashion!

First experience with urban outfitters was bad. Shipping was stated to be 10 days. After 20 days it still hadn't arrived. Once I contacted them they said it "was lost" and asked me to re order. When I re ordered some of the items were out of stock.

As it was my first order with UO I decided to forgive and forget and placed an other order. Again, 15 days has past and still haven't received my package. When I contacted them all they could do was say sorry for the inconvenience.

If shipping takes a month, then state it the site.

It's getting a bit tired OU. Take some tips from ASOS.

Horrendous Service

I have never written a review before, but I felt compelled to on this occasion. I am very unimpressed with UO; I ordered 5 items nearly a week ago and paid for standard delivery, they still haven't turned up. It wouldn't allow me track my order online, so I emailed them twice and had no response; then finally got through to them on the phone and they told me that they were doing a stock take last Thursday so the items won't be despatched until the following Thursday or Friday. They then apparently send you an email saying you will receive your delivery in 2-3 working days. Their customer service on the phone was useless and incredibly unhelpful - 'tough s***' attitude'. I definitely won't recommend UO to anyone and I will never shop in store or online again.
