Burtons

I cant fault their online service. I look forward to when their service becomes entirely online as it is much better than the store service

I haven't been to Burtons for about 15-20 years (since I was at 6th form). The clothes (even then) seemed poorly made and cheap, but when I went back yesterday I was really surprised. I don't know if it's cheap offshore manufacturing, but the clothes are a 100% improvement. The shop itself was also well laid out and didn't have that tatty feel that I had got to know and hate when my dad used to go there with my dad when we were kids. I'll certainly now include Burtons in my possible clothes shops - I feel like I'm keeping a family tradition alive!

I have to say I have never tried buying online from Burtons before but I would never do it again. I ordered near on £700 worth of clothes for my partner and some had to be returned...to cut a long story short the parcel was to heavy to post at the post office. I called Burtons on many occasions asking for what to do and no one seemed to know. In the end they agreed to send a courier out to collect the parcel (3 times!) and no one arrived. In the end I had to drive a 70 mile round trip to return the items, plus the cost of fuel, parking and phone calls!

What sounded to be a good deal, packages looked great paid and the deposit.

That was it it was all down hill from there big style!!!!!

Shirts were dirty, trouser didn't fit even though they were measured, labels didn't match, rouches were different shades, waist coats had uncovered and different types of buttons. When asked we want them to match etc we were told that never happens they all come different and nothing can be done about it!!! They re-ordered the same again i went in person to collect i had to open all packages and check them myself, they weren't even bothered

After we paid extra elsewhere for waist coats and rouche's and after the wedding which was in May we tried to complain in store and was fobbed off straight away and told to contact customer services what a let down by the staff in store and still not heard anything from customer services. Shocking ordeal NEVER GET ANYTHING FROM BURTONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fantastic company to deal with quality clothes at good prices, Always have deals and offers all year round. I recommend these to anyone.

I think Burton Menswear has very good products for example, you can get 3 £6 t-shirts for only £15! The quality of products is very good, I bought a pair of jeans several months ago and they are still in top condition.

I Like Burton Menswear as the service is always excellent, Staff are very friendly and awlways willing to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

I recently bought some clothing from Burtons & received fantastic service. I only ordered a T-Shirt and some Boxer Shorts but still was given excellent service. I ordered the items Friday morning (Around 10AM) and the items came through Saturday morning at about 8:30AM! What a fantastic service. I wasn't expecting the items to come through until Monday (That's what the website said anyway) The clothing is very good quality. I still have a jumper which I bought about 8 months ago - it's still in the same condition as when I bought it. If your after good quality clothing and good service - think about using Burtons.

Burtons is something of a mixed bag. On some occasions, I have found some real bargains (nice shirts for £5 each), whereas on others, have been repulsed by the outrageous prices for what are clothes that are really only just above Primark's in terms of quality. The hat I bought on my most recent visit was a bargain though - a reversible bob hat that was only a tenner.
