I Hate Bank Fashion Soo Much

ILM NOT IMPRESSED WITH BANK I WENT INTO SHOP TO BUY £8.00 JEANS AND 3 DAYS LATER WHEN MY MUM WAS WASHING THEM WIV MY BED COVERS ALL THE INK OUT OF THE JEANS CAME OFF RUINED THE JEANS,BED COVERS AND THE WASHING MACHING BANK IS JUST PURE BS.......DONT BUY FROM THERE JUST A LIL WARNING THE ONLY THING GOOD IN THE SHOP IS THE STAFF THERE NOT RUDE AND ARE REALLY HELPFUL

I ordered an outfit online to be delivered to the Darlington store, unfortunately the outfit took 6 days and didn't arrive in time when I checked online it stated if I didn't pick the item up within two weeks I would be refunded.(this was December 15th) I realised I hadn't yet been refunded so decided to chase this up I didn't get an email back for four days so rang store to confirm parcel had been sent back to the warehouse the girl on the phone told me it was still in the back shop due to refurbishments. I DONT UNDERSTAND WHAT REFURBISHMENT HAS GOT TO DO WITH IT!!

So I emailed customer service again to get a response four days later saying this would take a couple of days and they would get back to me. So i emailed yet again stating I have all ready waited nearly three months and want an explanation now. Two days later I recieved another email stating I would get a refund but would have to wait a week. After waiting three months I want an explanation, and I defernatley am not willing to wait any longer. Absolute ridiculous service would never shop here again!!

No Receipt No Refund Even In Faulty Xmas Gift

Got brought a jumper from bank store West Bromwich. Went to exchange it and thy wouldn't as I had no receipt I told them it was a gift. No recept no refund. I was not happy I showed than that one fm was completely different to the other but still all they said was no receipt no refund. Sooo take 2 took my partner with bank statment in his phone again no receiept it has to be a printed bank stantment!! I was like its FAUTLY! I said any other store like newlook ect would accept and she replied "we aren't new look we are bank" hopefully I will get my money no or a credit voucher at least before th completely close for good!!!

Would have been great if they would have told my partner no receipt no return when he actually made the purchase!

Tried Over Charging Me.

The Market Place, Bolton, Gtr Manchester Branch need to sort out their sale labels. I saw a pair of jeans I liked which I tried on and went to pay for only to be asked for £40.00 when the label on the hanger and the jeans clearly stated £20.00 reduced price. Oh it is the wrong label, have you heard of the Trade Descriptions Act!! Have never seen such a palava, i did get the jeans for the price displayed in the end but not if they had it their way.

trading standards act!!!! Only applies to items with a label physically attached to the product which is why fashion stores use 'swing tickets' as customers are prone to change the tickets to suit them. Failure to do this were allowed to take it off shop floor for repricing for 24 hours before we sell it you at the price you think you should have it for. Learn the trading standards act before to express that you know it ☺

Staff at bank have to charge you on the price that is on the label of the clothes since hangers get swapped over by customers. If it's the incorrect price the till will show the right price anyway so there would be no way to overcharge you

Do Not Buy Online From These Muppets!!

I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

We bought a jumper online from this company about late november, and we asked for it to be delivered to our local JD Sports (to save delivery charges). We were told they would email when it had been sent fairly quickly, we heard nothing for 2 weeks until we decided to call. They told us the store had closed ( it hadn't) and therefor the jumper was still at the depot, and that they could not send it by post as they were not it contact with the depot! ridiculous!

We then asked for a refund which would take 3 working days and now another 2 weeks later (and after receiving an email to say we could now pick it up) we have had nothing reimbursed. I called and was told i couldn't ask for the refund to be sent (as it hadn't been sorted out properly) because i was her husband!!!! There are a complete incompetent shambles of a company!!!!

The moral to the story is don't shop at Bank or JD online or face the same consequences.

Bank Fashion Data Protection Act 1988

I went to Coventry High Street BankFashion today after receiving very poor Customer services, I said to the the superviser that I will be making a formal complaint against him for providing conflicting information which was very misleading...I asked him politely for his partial name I was informed by him and his colleagues that I will not be getting his name as a point of reference due to DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998.....uneducated and stupid people work there who don't have an idea of what the ****

they are talking about....

MANAGED TO MAKE A FORMAL COMPLAINT...

MANAGED TO FIND OUT HIS NAME WAS ASH AND THE MANAGER AT THE STORE HER NAME WAS HOLLIE.

******* USE THE DPA ACT......for not disclosing there names as a point of reference to prevent Customers from complaining......I have an Incident reference number and will pursue this further. I want to know exactly why do BANKFASHION Employees don't wear a nametag or an Identification number if they are so concerned about DATA PROTECTION ACT 1998 UK

Customer Service Is Disgusting !!!!

I was a regular shopper till this month!!! Their customer service is disgusting and returns policy are silly ! Customer care never get back to you take 5 days to reply to emails but are quick to answer when it's too late for them to give money back

Bank you should be disgusted how you treat your customers !!!!

They Are Scamming You!,

I ordered jeans, shoes and a coat on the 18th of January 2014 and was told it would be in the shop for collection in 4 days. I waited until the 25th to pick it up but low and behold it was not there. I then received a email saying my order had been dispached in fact 6 emails in 6 mins all the same! Then a wk or so later I received yet another email saucing my coat was out of stock. This after I had been told it had been dispatched and they had taken the money out of my account. On the 3 rd of February I was emailed to say my order was ready to pick up from the Dundee store I went down today the 12th Feb and it still wasn't there. I was advised to phone customer service as they where not allowed to call on my behalf. After ten mins I was put on to an advisor who was rude not interested and when I told her I wanted the money back in my account told me she would call me back in 2 mins. 5 hrs later I had to call back 10 more mins in the queue on my mobile at premium rate. Which no doubt they get a share of to be fobbed of. This is disgusting service and i will be activity telling who ever will listen to never give them a penny of your money. I would like to think it as a one of but i very much doubt it.
