Very Poor Customer Service!
Ordered shoes in size I always wear, shoes arrived so small could not even get foot in. Returned downloading returns label under 'Free hassle free returns! ' policy but now told return postage cost deducted from my return as my fault! Out of pocket now and feeling totally tricked ! Greedy company!
In fairness want to let public know after a series of emails the company have now agreed to refund postage!

Shocking Customer Service!!!!
My son bought a pair of shoes with his birthday money which after 12 days stitching came loose. Took the shoes back with my son to be told no refund or exchange as its banks policy to tell customers that trainers aren't made for every day wear??? We were then told we had to send shoes off for inspection despite them only being 12 days old I asked to see refund policy and was told by assistant manager to go home and look it up on the Internet.. A DISGRACE!!!!!

I Don't Understand
I don't understand how people have such a problem with this website.
I have found many a clothing I like, and the prices are the same as most places.
As for rodering, I've never had a problem with the timing. Yes, its never been next day delviery, but thats becuase I enever paid for it. My vclothing have always however come within a resobnabvle amount of time.
As for the clothing sizes, you just need to make sure you read the sizing information. It tells you on the website what each size means in inches. If peopel did not bother reading this, then it is their own fault.
So nice for you but what if you do read everything and just suppose there is a customer as intelligent as you but they still have a problem and experience very poor customer service and have to fight for a full refund? Any more understanding? Or is it still their own fault?

Awful To Deal With - Do Not Use
Ordered clothing at start February. Way too small.....sizing is incredibly inaccurate. Returned goods on same day and asked for refund. Here we are on second week of march....no refund.....lie upon lie....complete waste of space company. DO NOT USE !!!!!!!

SHOULD BE CALLED WHAT ATTITUDE OR BAD ATTITUDE. ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. AS OTHERS HAVE SAID I AM STILL WAITING SINCE NOVEMBER FOR 1 ITEM TO BE DELIVERED. MY DAUGHTER SAVED UP FOR THIS, HOW SAD. THEY OFFERED HER 5 QUID ONLINE VOUCHER! I WILL BE PHONING THEM TOMORROW AND THEN MY BANK AND TRADING STANDARDS IF SHE DOES NOT GET A FULL REFUND. WE ARE SICK OF THE WAITING AND THE LAME EXCUSES. THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN. THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AND DONT CARE. THIS IS THE SECOND AND LAST CHANCE WE WILL BE GIVING THEM. RUBBISH, ABSOLUTE RUBBISH.

Bad. Very Bad. I Ordered These Items Over 4 Months
Bad. Very bad. I ordered these items over 4 months ago, 2 items arrived fairly promptly. The other 2 are nowhere to be seen. 2 months ago i gave up hope and requested a refund but i never got that either. Customer service is absolutely appalling! By reading these other reviews its seems everyone is having the same problem. I should take your business elsewhere and save yourself the hassle and disappointment.

I Placed An Order Via Their Website For An Item Th
I placed an order via their website for an item that was supposedly in stock.
They took my payment details and charged my card.
I then got an email saying that in fact the item I ordered was not in stock in my size, but they could offer it in alternative sizes - one that was 2 sizes smaller than the one I ordered, one that was 2 sizes larger.
As this would be neither use nor ornament, I instead asked them to cancel my order.
The email response I got was EXTREMELY snotty in tone.
I received no apologies for the inconvenience caused by their inability to show the correct information on their website.
To add insult to injury, they are now claiming it will take them 30 days to refund my card.
I would not recommend this site to anyone - in fact, I would actively discourage everybody I know from placing an order with Attitude Clothing.
Incorrect information on their website, appalling customer service, and now they plan to hold on to my money for a month in return for an item that was never even posted?
It would be a joke if it was not so infuriating.
In my opinion, Attitude Clothing are an utter disgrace from start to finish.
Shop elsewhere.

My boyfriend made a purchase of shoes before christmas 2010, I still havent recieved them!! I contacted them, they said the shoes I ordered were discontinued, but did not contact him, changed the order and still have not recieved anything!!
I will never use this company again and I urge people not to use them, we should have researched the company before we purchased any products.

Came cross this company and loved the clothing, but before I approached them with an offer that would have made there heads whirl, I did further research and came across this site.

Been waiting 3 months for my order now. Worst customer service I've ever seen. I've heard they scam a lot of people as well, so I wouldn't be suprised if that's my case. I hope someone will shut them down soon.
