No Customer Service

Bought an item and when I returned home I found a part was missing, I phoned the store to see if the part was there and I was told by staff it was there and I could come in to collect it or exchange it for a complete product as they had plenty of those too. 3 hours later I returned to store and was told that although they remembered the phone conversation, they now didn't know where the part was and didn't have any others I could swap for. I had driven 31 miles to get back to the Banbury store as it is not my local store. I had paid for parking solely to pick up this item that 3 hours earlier they assured me they had and would keep with my name on it by the till point (and had plenty of others). I was astonished. They suggested I returned Saturday and they would have one, firstly I am unable to get to Banbury Saturday, secondly getting to Banbury at all is an unnecessary waste of my time and money, and thirdly who's to say it will even be there on Saturday! I rang customer services who took plenty of convincing to post me the part directly (I was told "oh there's no post office in Banbury shopping centre so they can't post it" and she only relented when I told her the post office is on the high street outside the shopping centre.) There was no apology or "I'm sorry" for wasting my entire afternoon. Disgusting.

That suxs, my BullyBoy mega vibro ( you gotta try this girls ! ) broke after a damn good session one night ( my BF reckons I wore it out after a good boaring ! ).

I contacted Ann summers and asked if I could have another as this one had gone bang after a good reaming session, they asked if it was damaged which it wasn't but didn't understand why they asked if it was "wiffy" ? Anyway, got a new BullyBoy from them and man o man, this hits the spot so 10/10 for Ann Summers !

Average Service, Still Waiting For Half My Things

I ordered someone underwear Monday evening, to be followed by some more on a separate order just an hour or so later, I got the second order delivered this morning, so only a two day wait, which I was very pleased about, although I only received the email to say its on its way, and hour before delivery, I was still impressed at how quick it arrived.

Now I'm slightly confused at how the first order I made didn't come at the same time as the second.

Also slightly disappointed the 'free wand over so much spent' never came with what I ordered (which was over the spending limit to get one)

Other than that I was impressed with the service

Ridiculous Delivery Times

I ordered a range of items on a Monday night. the order was free for standard delivery as it was over £30. Only received the order dispatched email on Wednesday morning. It's now Friday and still no order. While I understand that it is within 5 days on the website, I still expected it to be here by now. in this day and age most other standard deliveries within the UK are within the next couple of days. If I had ordered with LoveHoney, the order would have been here by Wednesday for sure. I will be going to these websites in the future rather than bothering to shop online with Ann Summers. A bit ridiculous in my eyes.

I sympathize. Buying cross dressing items can be hap hazard at the best of times without duff delivery times getting in the way. Give AS another chance as I'm sure it was a one off and, check out some lovely satin knickers they have at the same time, well cosy ( if a bit drafty on my ol todger :-) ).

After Sales Service Poor

Partner purchased Hand Free Rabbit from Ann Summers online that does not fit the purpose and is in no way like the description that it was given to sell the product . Contacted Ann Summers by email to complain about item and just getting a computer generated email back have complained on numerous occasions about item . This company does not take responsibility for items that are unsatisfactory and buyers are left out of pocket as product was a gift I have now read the reviews of this item and I am appalled at the reviews left by other customers this item should not be for sale it does not fit the purpose that Ann Summers are selling it for I have been left disgusted at the response from this company . Buyer beware you will not get a refund nor did I get any goodwill gesture from this company . I think a lot of woman will feel embarrassed complaining about item but I am not i just feel they take your money send your item that's it no responsibility from this company they in my review I feel they don't want to know so as a customer I have been left with a useless item not fit for purpose and £40 out of pocket

Voucher Codes That Are Accepted But Dont Take Money Off!

Bought 3 items on Saturday under the order number 30141903 put in a voucher code "ASLUST20" and the website told me it have been accepted for 20% off. Taking that the 20% had been taken off I put my credit card details in. I then went to my emails to make sure all had gone through and noticed on the email that it was all at full price. I emailed the company straight away and this morning - Wednesday after 2 more further emails have still not heard back even though the website says no further than 48 hours wait? Try 96 hours and nothing. So I decided to ring the telephone number on the website and spoke to some sales woman who couldn't care less and was like tough, a "sorry" might be a start but well...... She explained that she had had quite a few people ring up and complain about codes being used that should not be ( I think a few is a bit of an understatement) and that it was for only one day even though the website accepts the code and says its been successful. I run an online store myself it take 30 seconds at most to turn a voucher/discount code off so it is not accepted ( I am being generous on 30 secs). Therefore I am £11.00 out of pocket so the items can go back, last time I shop.

Horrid Rude Company

I have to complain about the horrid way Ann Summers customer service have dealt with my complaint. The Answer they took 5 month to reply and they were most rude to me. I never got a refund. so I looked around and found a shop called Passion Secrets I have had an amazing service from them and a few free gifts too. They are so low in price and really quick on their delivery. Top notch. Ladies and Guys I would highly recommend them.

Unsympathetic Liars

Christmas present ordered for my wife in good time. A popular item was ordered early and I felt very smug to have landed it.

The item never showed up.

I called them and a really helpful girl apologised and said thy would resend it if it hadn't arrived by 6pm tonight. She assured me that a note would go on my order.

After 6pm I called up as spoke to an unsympathetic an who obviously didn't care. He told me I had been misinformed and that they had taken on new staff and that she would not be disciplined.

He told me that they would resend my order if it hadn't arrived by tomorrow and then told me that the bra had wen discontinued but not to worry as the thong is still in stock!

I told him that this was useless and that I needed both. He said 'oh well you can have a refund'.

Totally unsympathetic to the fact I'd done everything right and would now miss out.

They've lost returning customers in both me and my wife. We'll shop elsewhere from now on.

Some Bargains, Some Downfalls...

I bought 4 bras and 2 underwear for a total of £25! A BARGAIN! All were in good quality and the items were as described - so in that aspect I can't really complain. I am however, a little disappointed that one of my items did not arrive. The order form had the status 'to follow' with the price of the item discounted from the total bill. I was a bit miffed at this point as the item was part of a set and so one part was no use without the other. I waited for a month and received nothing. When I rang them she said that they may not come back into stock but if they did she thought it would be a while. I am very disappointed - I didn't even receive an email to inform me of this and if I had not called I do not think I would have ever received my item. She offered me a refund - to which I already explained I had been discounted for the product. She told me that that's not entirely true as they hold your money until the item comes back into stock - another detail I was not informed of.

So, overall some bargains but be aware that you may not always receive what you have paid for.

Worst customer service ever. Do not buy. They lie about the refund policy and then customer services lie and mess you around. They do not know the value of customer service. Avoid!!

Delivery Not Great

I attended an Ann summers party nearly 3 weeks ago and our order was said to be with us in a week maybe just over. Still today no sign of our order? At least if they said it might take 3 weeks or even a month then I probably would of been fine with that. On the plus side every item at the party looked good quality and lots of fun! Hopefully we will be impressed with our order (when it actually arrives)
