Adidas Sent Me Four Pairs Of Shoes... So I Could G
Adidas sent me four pairs of shoes... so I could get one right and proper fit in a line of shoes where there were obviously substantial sizing inconsistencies. They literally paid Freight seven times to deliver one pair of shoes to me. And she never once complained about taking care of me To say the least, the goods, prices, and policies are head and shoulders above our Nike experiences!

Do NOT buy anything customised from Adidas. There website is misleading as it states that you will receive items within 48 days. It is almost double that now and I have still received no items. Adidas lied to me saying that they would refund. However they did no such thing and said that they would offer me a 30% discount off anything I buy from them within 30 days which is absolutely ridiculous. So they expect me to buy something from them when this has happened? Does this benefit me at all Adidas? I have wrote into BBC Watchdog and they should hopefully sort it out because Adidas' customer service is useless and are completely unhelpful.
I reiterate, do NOT buy anything customised off Adidas.

Adidas Uk Rip Off
i recently ordered 2 x items from adidas uk but due to them having no stock they cancelled the orders. you might think why the bad review, read on and you will see my utter disgust and anger at my treatment by adidas uk
both my orders were cancelled within 2 hours of being accepted due to lack of stock so i rang adidas they were very apologetic and offered me a 20% discount i thought great and ordered another item all good, was told i would be refunded for cancelled orders straight away so spent another £40 on a jacket
a week later i noticed my £64 had not been refunded by adidas uk so rang again was told refunds take 14 days to be processed i found this crazy so questioned there terms and conditions which they said clearly state up to 14 days for refund but promised to sort out asap so left it there accepting this was the rules
1 more week passed so checked terms and conditions on website no mention of 14 day refund wait for cancelled orders only returned orders as i had never recieved anything how could my order be classed as a return order so rang adidas uk again. i explained i wanted my money back and was told they would sort it i told them i wished to complain their answer was we are based in holland nothing you can do so i asked to speak to supervisor or manager was told not allowed so emailed my complaint
adidas uk replied to my email saying they would sort my money out and blamed the problem om a reebok promotion problem i couldnt believe it so again asked just for my money back as i had had enough
outcome is i have no money never had any product and i cant do anything because they adidas are based in holland so they can flaunt the rules that are applicable to uk companies
DO NOT USE ADIDAS UK AS THEY ARE NOT IN UK AND IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG YOU ARE SNOOKERED BECAUSE THEY DONT CARE AND YOU WONT GET YOUR MONEY BACK
