the pharmacist Candy Ward is the sweetest,curious,and most understanding lady that you will ever be honored to meet in your lifetime. She listens to every patient and empathizes with them. i my debt card wasn't working and i did NOT have medical insurance. but Candy Ward Pharm-D discreetly walk over to another register and put the whole cost of my medication on her OWN credit card as i was scrounging for change. as i was looking for money she handed me my prescription and told me "Have a great day , and i hope you get better soon". i am a loyal CVS customer, but because of this 1 in a million person i'm am now a Walgreens man.i now spuriously set my alarm for midnight just so i can see her to fill my prescriptions (she works graveyard). She is by far the best pharmacist in the world!! Walgreen's your have a true gem and her name is Candy Ward Pharm-D! and i say all this without any exaggeration, in all honesty this letter doesn't even scratch the surface, i would have to do a college master's thesis paper to give her all the credit she is warranted! A new lifelong Walgreens customer because of Candy Ward, Sincerely, Jesse Edwards

I Have Had The Unpleasant Experience Of Having To
I have had the unpleasant experience of having to rent medical equipment from Walgreens Home Care. They are the MOST incompetent provider OUT! The rental equipment is paid for through the insurance until it meets the purchase price. Walgreens has been paid IN FULL and yet they continue to bill my insurance. The rental has been satisified and paid in full yet since AUGUST 2009 they can't get it straight. They are still billing January 2010! Yet every month they bill, every month they claim they will fix and the solution for them is to bill the insurance company again. When I call the person who I spoke to is no longer there due to the restructure / layoff nightmare they themselves are clueless about it and I have to state the whole story all over again. This company has the RUDEST of customer service assistance and now I hear they are outsourcing to India and the Phillipines. I would seriously NEVER EVER consider using this NIGHTMARE OF AN ORGANIZATION. Not only are they incompetent they choose to employ OUTSIDE the US and create more unemployment. You know what you can do with the "Walgreens Way" "There's A Way" - The way for me is AWAY and FAR AWAY from having to deal with these IDIOTS! Please check out your options before using WALGREENS HOME CARE!! In fact the equipment is about equal to the strength of the company (my experience weak at best).
