Ginkyo Concentrated Is The Best Product I've Tried

Ginkyo Concentrated is the best product I've tried. I suffer from poor circulation, so winter is a real misery for me. I have really cold hands and feet and have to wear socks in bed etc. I went skiing for the first time this year and was really worried about the cold. I've tried lots of ginkgo biloba supplements but have never noticed that much of a difference, but lots of people and books still recommend it. I went to my local health food store and they told me to try Ginkyo Concentrated, which is scientifically proven to help. I was great - only had to wear one pair of gloves on the slopes! I has made a real difference to my quality of life and will make sure I use the same brand every winter.

My Girlfriend uses Ginkyo as she has poor circulation to her feet. She checked with her doctor and he said it was fine but to check for a standardised extract and keep away from some of the cheaper brands/own label. The product has really helped and she certainly hasn't had any side effects. I think you have to be careful if you are on Warfarin or other blood thinners as Ginkgo biloba does have a slight thinning effect on the blood. Hope this helps.

I've spoken to my doctor about it and he thinks that it is safe. The amount of active is within guidelines etc and I've always told him (and the pharmacist for that matter) that I am taking Ginkyo (or any other supplement) so he can give me informed advice.

I hope there are no serious side-effects from that concentrate as there ARE question marks hanging over it.

I wonder what your doctor says about it.
