My Daughter Booked A Spa Day For Herself And Mothe
My daughter booked a spa day for herself and mother in July 2012 through Belaqua for the Brandon Hall hotel. The vouchers duly arrived but when she tried to contact the company to sort out a date there was no reply, she sent several e mails and even a letter threatening legal action but once again no reply. Eventually we went to the Brandon Hall hotel spa and the manager told us they they no longer dealt with the company as they did not pay them.
I only gave them one star because I had to fill in something but it should be NO STARS because they will take your money but you will not be able to contact them, they have been showing a temporary web page since August 2012 saying they are updating with new offers but don't be fooled amd keep your money in your pocket. My daughter's bank's fraud department is investigating them at the moment.

I Was Given A Gift For My Birthday For A Belaqua S
I was given a gift for my birthday for a Belaqua spa day, a sheet of paper and I foolishly did not look at the back and see that there was an expiry date. In the interim my mother has had a stroke and I had to be with her as she no longer can look after herself. I was rarely at my own dwelling and when I did return after Christmas I noticed the expiry date had passed. I called and spoke to a gentleman who said that he would get back to me. Ten days later, two further calls, and finally an email, I was informed that I could not use the voucher as it was no longer in their system and that was final. I understand that there are rules to be followed, but surely there are sometimes extenuating circumstances where companies would be willing to be flexible. Afterall they now made £100 profit and I wonder how many other people this may have happened to. I have suggested to them that the expiry date would be better placed at the top of the voucher where the customer can clearly see. I am a business owner myself and I would give the customer the benefit of the doubt. I am also surprised that it took them so long to get back to me. I will not be recommending them in the future.

I have on several occasions booked vouchers through Belaqua and have also contacted Belaqua to enquire about possible venues. I must say how impressed I have been at the efficiency and professional manner in which my requests and enquiries were dealt with. In fact every question was answered in full and when further details had to be checked someone from Belaqua phoned from me back promptly. A rarity in these days! The recipients of the vouchers I purchased, both young and old(er) were delighted with their gift and I myself would recommend any of the team at Belaqua for their help and obvious in depth knowledge of the spas they recommend.

I Booked A Spa Day To Celebrate My Mother In Laws
I booked a Spa Day to celebrate my Mother in laws 60th birthday at The Bath Spa. We were arriving from different parts of the Country so location was key. Belaqua guided us through the booking process with great professionalism and covering every minor detail to make it as hassel free as possible.
We had a wonderful day if I had to make a complaint it was that I only booked a "Day Spa" and a "Weekend Spa", I'll know next time!

I Recently Celebrated My Wedding Anniversary And A
I recently celebrated my wedding anniversary and as treat booked a spa package with Belaqua. I found the process simple, hassle-free, and very good value. My wife and I stayed at the Crewe Hall Hotel, where the staff were excellent too.
What impressed me with Belaqua particularly was that I had (as usual!) left it to the last minute, but NOTHING was too much trouble; it seemed that no matter who I spoke to, the service was superb.
I highly recommend!!

Managers Who Run This Company Are Very Uncaring An
Managers who run this company are very uncaring and arrogant. We had a problem at the Priory Hotel Spa (booked through Belaqua). There weren't interested in putting it right for us. Would not recommend.
