Cathy Jean Shoes

I purchased a pair of boots on the Cathy Jean website because a YouTuber recommended it. But when I checked out they charged me twice on my card. I contacted customer service and she said that the other price I got charged for would drop off. But listen everyone when you swipe your card or do an online purchase for any amount you shouldn't be charged again for that same amount another day. This is the only website and store that does that bs. I haven't revered my shoes yet and when they come I'm just going to sell them on eBay. This site is crud and a rip off. You won't last long.

Received a pair of boots for Christmas which were purchased in mid November (let's face it) many of us shop early for the holidays. The boots were too big. The giver lives a few hours away and could not run home to get the receipt. Boots were in the original box and the cardboard and tissue paper was still stuffed inside. We took them back to the Montclair, CA store today. The manager absolutely refused to exchange for a smaller size. Stated it was over the 30 days and she would not budge. Plus not having the original receipt made it twice as bad. She pretty much told me I was stuck with these boots no matter what. Plus, today the damn boots were 1/2 off. Stupid store could have exchanged the boots and made even more money off of me. That's okay Cathy Jean. I and my two daughters usually purchase 5 pairs of shoes each during the holidays and I can't begin to guess how many shoes the three of us purchase during the year. You have LOST 3 customers. Your policy is ripping the consumer off and I will NEVER purchase another pair of shoes from you again. YOUR LOSs. I will pay more money to go somewhere else where customer service is important to the establishment - obviously you don't care about your customers.

I think everyone should stop buying from this establishment. How dare they rip off the American women - stop shopping at Cathy Jean!

I love Cathy Jean Low Arch Shoes....

I broke my ankle and could not find a pair of shoes to wear until I saw this nice beautiful low arch 3 inch sandal shoes and it actually allowed me to go back to wearing dresses - not to mention I have all colors.

My problem now is - I can't seem to find the shoes to buy for all my 6 sisters.

Cathy Jean - I need to know how do I go about buying more of these beautiful shoes that only you sale..... I need to get it for all my 6 sisters. Please let me know. [email protected]

I had a horrible experience when trying to exchange a pair of boots that where defective! I wasn't totally convinced when I bought them in the first place, but the sales lady convinced me by saying that they would stretch after the first use...big lie! It was impossible for me to walk in those shoes for more than 5 min. When I explained what happened to the manager of the store( Lakewood, CA) She kept looking at me as if I was from another planet!!! She made me feel so uncomfortable; she was horrible!!! They do have cute styles but their costumer service is going to ruin them if they don't do something about it now!

The 'manager' with the fake boobs and fake fingernails and the inch thick make up is a total witch. I brought back a pair of shoes (beware - they ONLY allow exchanges, no returns) and she treated me horribly. Acted as if I had done something wrong by returning their shoes...

HAD to exchange for another pair, wish I had NEVER spent my money or shopped there in the first place!

Will never shop there again!

Bought my wife and daughter shoes from their Newport Beach store. After wearing the shoes for all of 15 minutes the soles came loose. When I returned them to the store they would not accept because they were worn. Contacted their customer service line and got no response. Stay away from Cathy Jean.

I purchased a pair of boots for my daughter for Christmas. She has worn them less then 3 hours and the heel is lkr easy coming apart from the sole. If only I had read the reviews before I bought these, I would never have set foot in that store. Whenever I'm at the mall and I walk by that store I will be sure to warn any unsuspecting foster ears, as they walk in, to stay away.

My 14 year old daughter bought a pair of boots ($42) on Christmas Eve. The store was busy. They did NOT give her a receipt. That night she tried on her boots and decided to exchange them for a half size larger. The day after Christmas, we returned to Cathy Jean to exchange. Since she did not have a receipt, the REFUSED to exchange for another size!! INCREDIBLY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My daughter is now out $42....a lot of babysitting hours.

I bought a pair of boots which were defective and had poor arch support. I was told to contact the customer service department and the manager Avery Morales said to continue wearing them and the leather would stretch and feel better. She didn't understand that they were defective. I had to wear them torealize this and I also explained that I couldn't just leave work to change my shoes and that was why they were worn. The manager st the store suggested for me to take the boots to a shoe repair store so they can fix them or stretch the boots. I mean really I am suppose to pay for someone to fix there defective shoes, so ridiculous. I paid over 100.00 dollars for the boots. What happened to customer service. I will never shop here again, this is the 1st and the last time I buy here.

I had a very bad experience with Cathy Jean shoe store as well as everyone else here!! Had a pair of heels for one day and wore them for less than one hour. The rubber sole began lifting on one of the shoes and they were not all too compfortable for $60 so I decided to return them with reciept. There was no way the manager at Mission Viejo mall store would return or exchange them! I was told to e mail customer service about the issue which I did and never got a response. I will never shop at Cathy Jean again!!! Horrible customer service and cheapest made shoes ever!! Stay away from Cathy Jean!!! They rip you off!!
