I Ordered An Item On A Buy Now Pay Later In Februa

I ordered an item on a Buy Now Pay Later in February 2010, I later returned the item as it was faulty. I have phoned every month since then as I am still being charged for an item that was returned and every month they tell me that it will be sorted. I was given a number for their "customer excellence team" on the 3rd April 2011, I phoned them on the 4th April 2011 and was told that my account was now being dealt with at the highest level and someone would phone me back. We are now the 21st April and what a surprise I haven't heard a thing!! Total nightmare

It's the worst ever online website for online purchases. I cannot describe how bad the service is. Disgusting that's the word for it and the staff are absolutely useless in every sense.

I've Had An Account With Additions Direct For Quit

I've had an account with Additions Direct for quite a few years but haven't used it much. Every time I've tried to place an order over the past couple of months, my payment has been rejected even though there is no problem with either my card or account balance (I shop everywhere else with the same card and no problems whatsoever). Also when actually making the payment it tells me the payment has been successful, it's only a few days later when I realise my order hasn't arrived that I log in again and find that the payment has been rejected - and I get no emails to tell me this.

Also had loads of problems when trying to update my address details in the Account area after I moved - it just wouldn't update the details.

I'm absolutely sick of them and won't be shopping from them again. Steer well clear!

Absolutely Horrendous Service. I Ordered My Items

Absolutely horrendous service. I ordered my items one month ago, spent over £300 and still had to pay P&P. No problem assuming the items arrive!

First one was due on the 9th March and still nothing. Then I received a request to review the product - how can I when it's not here?!

Now, I have two text messages telling me that some of my items have been returned and my account has been credited.

[email protected] doesn't work as I get bounce backs and when I call they say someone will call back and they never do.

NEVER EVER USE THIS WEBSITE!!!!!!!!

Additions Are Dreadful, Do Not Deal With Them.

ADDITIONS are dreadful, do not deal with them.

I ordered an item that was unusable, took two weeks of different people to arrange a replacement. Sent back faulty item and not credited my account. Now charging me higher price on an invoice I have not received for the replacement. Now got debt collection agency chasing me for payment and threatening my credit rating.

WORST COMPANY I HAVE DEALT WITH ONLINE

Apalling Customer Service. Sent Two Queries To Th

Apalling customer service. Sent two queries to them via their website when logged into my account got no acknowledgement to the first one four weeks later logged on again and sent another this time their mail server bounced the query saying that the email address their website used was not known! Phoned them but not interested said they could not see emails would not deal with a formal complaint I wanted to make just said I had to write in. Manager I spoke to was as unhelpful did not know their complaints procedure, never call you back. Basically, despite FSA legislation that has been in for three years telling firms how they must handle queries they are managing their complaint volumes by not allowing you to make a complaint. If they don't ackowledge you have a complaint they don't have to report it to the FSA. Eventually emailed the CEO of ShopDirect [email protected] which got their attention!

Additions Direct is absolutely pants!! I definitely would'nt recommend ordering anything from there because you it wont even turn up. I ordered a phone of there and they told me a specific date when it would come. I took a day off work and waited around all day and it didn't turn up, 2 weeks later and they gave me a call on a voice macheine telling me (thanks for returning your phone) When i did'nt even get to touch the phone because it did'nt turn up!! They have no idea what they are doing. I gave up on the phone so i'm getting it somewhere else.

They Are Actually Really Bad. They Promised Pre-c

They are actually really bad. They promised pre-Christmas delivery and all through the transaction they were saying it will be there before Christmas. When the confirmation cam through it was for January! Apparently they update you with the new delivery time for "a split second" before the transaction completes. They now say there is nothing they can do. Basically I feel that they are deliberately misleading the public and I am going to cancel the order and the credit agreement they make you sign up to in order to buy from them. Avoid this company at all costs.
