Terrance and Paul Hairdresser - Manchester

I had my hair done at Terrence Paul in Bramhall this morning & I absolutely love my new do! I had been growing my hair but got sooo bored I thought I would have a change. Had my hair cut in a short bob & I feel like a new lady! Just need a new man now!

The staff at terrence paul were all really nice & friendly & I would recomend anyone to go!

I have been going to the Terence Paul bramhall salon for the past 5 years & the Manager Tom has looked after me for the duration.

I have always found Tom extremely Professional & have loved the experience each & every time I have visited him. Indeed most of my family & a number of my friends that I have recomended to Tom have found exactly the same.

I love the great massages that the apprentices give me prior to my hair being cut & styled & I always leave on a high!

After visiting a number of salons & being unhappy that I felt other stylists didn't listen to me & just did what they wanted to & I find the whole atmosphere in the salon to be friendly & inviting each time I go

The worst hairdressers I have EVER been to!! I visited the Bramhall branch to have my blonde highlighted hair changed back to brown and even though I had lengthy chats with the hairdresser and the colour it was to be, she completely ignored me and what should been medium brown, turned in to a bottle of red wine colour!! It was nothing like the colour asked for and when I call the following day to raise this and request more highlights (which should have been added at the time, as this was paid for and discussed), the attitude of the staff within the salon was absolutely awful. A VERY unprofessional salon indeed. The manager Tom, was so rude and no customer care what so ever, he did not want to put it right and extremely confrontational, just suggested that a refund was the best option as he could not correct the mistake. They took no responsibility and would not help at all, instead left me to go away for the weekend, with hair colour that was patchy, far too dark for my colouring. THEY JUST DID NOT CARE! I have never experienced such POOR service and I am sure if Tom's Manager was aware of his attitude, they would not be happy at all. How can a salon allow a customer to go away with the wrong hair colour and not correct their error???? Dreadful, dreadful place, do not go!!

Have been going to Terrance paul, Manchester branch on Peter street, for almost 2 years and have always been happy with the cut and general experience.

But for the 2nd time my stylist changed, and now so has my opinion.

Visited the salon mid-week and most of the staff seemed more concerned with chatting and cutting each others hair than seeing to customers.Then my stylist seemed to take no notice of what i asked for, cut my fringe 2 inches shorter than asked, had to ask 4-5 times to thin out certain parts.

Requested a 'Funky Pixie crop with a long fringe' left the shop with a mullet!

Do believe this can be a good salon, but only when busy an there are a few stylists about. I won't be returning though.
