Never Again - Worst Quality Ever
I reckon I only received my items cause I happen to be in the public eye and would have kicked up a massive stink without being provided the item I purchased. I refuse to say I was provided with the item I paid for because this hair is shocking! It is the thinnest, worst quality hair I have EVER come across and I have purchased many packs of wefts and extensions previously. I ordered and paid for 220g of hair. I received 138g. How do I know? I weighed it. With clips the total was 159g. Without 138g. So not even close to 220g. The wafts are double sewn, still extremely thin. They are NOT moulded either which means they shed like crazy. I needed these for a gig however, so I triple sewed the wefts together and managed to 'cut some life into them' .. I also glued the wefts to keep them from shedding as much. I went with this business because I felt more confident of great service with them being Australian owned and operated. Pfffft. Never again I say!!! I pay $9 for better hair quality and wefts directly from China! Yes, postage may take two weeks when I purchase from my regular supplier but at least I know I'm getting an item that will last me longer than one night. Again, I can't stress enough how you should stay away from this company if you are looking for a professional, quality item. I wrote back to clip in.com.au on facebook as soon as I received this item (which by the way came 4 days later than promised and what I paid for) and voiced my opinion about the product and highly recommended they immediately switch suppliers if they weren't aware of how craps their hair was.
Short summary: Never again. Worst product ever.
Never heard from her again after demanding a tracking number and my express postage I was promised. My message was read on the day I sent the suggestion she change suppliers but not one message back. Promptly unliked the page and will def never recommend this biz to anyone. Good luck with your refund! Maybe you'll be lucky and receive a good quality batch of hair? Fingers crossed!
i have just purchased a pack of clip in extensions from this website before reading this review, did you recieve a reply to your Facebook message, this review has me worried and i am not sure if i am able to get a refund before their delivery?

The Best Hair Extensions I Have Ever Purchased In My Life
I got Black 24" in 220g and they cost $138 including shipping. They are truly amazing I just got them today and I have curled and straightened them they're still silky smooth. They come with soo many wefts it's crazy! I don't need to use all of them because they make my hair look thick enough. Don't be afraid because of the other reviews, they don't give you a tracking number which you might think is scarey trust me it may take Australian customers a month to recieve them and other countries longer depending on the service but it's worth the wait. One of the best and cheapest hair extension company's out there these days. Check them out
Seems like you're needing to cover up the bad reviews written before. I don't know what items you received or if you maybe got a different batch but the hair I purchased was absolute cr*p!!! You must be lucky

I Enquired About A Product, Was Sent A Paypal Invo
I enquired about a product, was sent a paypal invoice for my item and it NEVER arrived. I tried emailing, no responses, calling, no answer. I was completely ripped off. I am going to the OFT so their website is shut down. Lucking I have credit card insurance for things like this and will make a claim.

I have read the reviews just now for this website and I'm disgusted how so many of you have had the same experience me. I brought hair extensions a week ago and within minutes I had been sent a PayPal invoice and was told if I sent the money through before 4 pm they would express post the extensions for me and I would receive them asap. As I stated I needed them for a special occasion only days away I was reassured they would come on time. After the days passed I was getting worried and to this day have gotten no replies to my emails. I have tried ringing the number provided and it has been disconnected. I will be reporting to the police!!! Please do not buy from this site!! You will only be disappointed :(

The Worst Online Shopping Experience I Have Ever Had!!!!
I placed my order with this company on the 30th July, the advisor quickly sent through a pay pal invoice and told me if I paid by 12noon she would get the order dispatched that day and advised it would take 1-2 day to receive them. I have not received order and now cannot get in touch with her by phone and she will not answer my emails. I had told her I will be reporting her to the police and consumer protection if I have not received by the end of the week.

Hi, i wish i seen these reviews sooner, i brought at lets $850 worth of Tape extensions and it took over a month to be delivered, because they kept sending it to the wrong address, and then when i did get the hair it doesn't even seem to be real hair, i emailed her this morning asking for my money back and she said she cant give me a refund and insists its real hair... i know its not entirely real hair.. it still curls and straightens but it looks to me a mix of real hair and synthetic hair.
I'm keen, I want my money back as she has gone underground and I'm without my purchase.

Worst Service Ever!! Needs To Be Reported!!
Went with this company as I too thought being in Australia and initially receiving prompt responses to my queries. The advisor was very quick to send me a paypal invoice and assure me it would be express posted. After paying on Wednesday and not recieving by Friday I questioned her. No response only that she will give me the tracking number "soon".
It is now 7 days later, the tracking number I received was a FAKE, no responses to my FB messages or emails or no answer on the mobile number given.
I was told they would arrive today, nothing! No responses either.
This business should be reported and she needs to be stopped. This is by far the worst experience I have had and I am disgusted in www.clip.com.au

I am experiencing the exact same thing as you. I was told delivery would be 1-2 days, it has now been a week. I will be reporting this company if I have not received my order by the end of the week. The most disappointing thing is the extensions were a present for my daughters birthday today.

really bad service. i ordered some hair extensions a few months ago but it just never come so i keep sending emails to them, but no one ever ever reply.
Fraudulent And Misleading. Not Worth The Heartache!
Wow. So my story is much the same as these others. Certainly wish I had thought to view this review site sooner, would've saved me weeks of chasing my tail. At this point I don't much care about any money or time I've lost, because I will do whatever I can to have this business, or at least their hugely misleading website shut down. A month has paced and still no product. No attempts by staff to help me, only white lies about my order being lost in the mail and having to be resent, then weeks following this, still 'in transit' with Aust Post. Seriously? It doesn't take a month to get 500kms. No apologies, no offer for refund. Just very obnoxious short responses to my emails essentially telling me tough luck, it'll be there 'soon'. No phone message bank, and they did not answer or return my 4 phone calls. The parcel tracking number I had to fight for days to get from them showed up with no tracking information at all! I was consulting with the helpful folks at Australia Post, perhaps a false tracking ID? It could be anywhere. It is in the opinion of myself and others I have consulted that Clipin.com.au is falsely advertising as an Aussie business with absolutely no intention of providing the service or product they promise. In my books this is deceitful and criminal and should not be tolerated.

I ordered 2x 50 permanent hair extensions off clipin.com.au. After a week and a half later when I still hadn't received them, I emailed them asking if its normal for them to take this long to come in the mail. They emailed me back stating that they are waiting on the stock because they actually didn't have it! WHY LET PEOPLE ORDER THEM IF THEY AREN'T IN STOCK!! After 2 weeks waiting for them, I emailed again asking if they were on their way. I got an email stating they were sent.. 3 weeks now and what I got in the mail today was only 1x 50 of the extensions and its supposed to be No.60 (very blonde) and I got yellow hair instead!! I am absolutely furious!! I specifically bought them for a special occasions I had to attend and I didn't even get to wear them!! I will NEVER buy from this business again! Disgusting!
